IC4 Exercise Bikes, Black

I originally purchased a Sole SB900 bike with a heavy flywheel (50lbs). Although the bike was wonderful, I do have bad knees and the weight of the flywheel bothered me, so I needed to return it. In my research, I came across the Life Fitness brand and found this bike on sale. The bike has a much lighter flywheel and around 7lbs, it has a narrow q-factor which is good for your knees (no matter if you have good or bad ones). A few complaints, it does squeak a little bit. This comes from the stem to the handlebars. It's not overbearing, but the Sole seemed to be a much sturdier bike in this area. Also, the handlebars do turn a bit. You can read other reviews about the Life Fitness bikes doing this. It's nothing big, but depending on how hard you are on the handlebars, you might want to look elsewhere as the shift might annoy you. It does have a magnetic resistance system that provides a whoosh sound, but nothing loud. You can't hear it one room over. It's smooth riding and is comfortable. Being that there is no computer, many will probably pass this bike over. But, if you are looking for a no-frills bike that you can push hard to your playlist, this is a wonderful bike. I don't regret my purchase. Sure there are some things I would like changed for a $1000+ bike, but for the overall value is there.

The IC4 stationary trainer is a good/solid trainer that seems to be built for the long term use and is amazingly quiet and sturdy. Our only problem with the purchase was the sellers use of a subpar shipping company. It took a considerable amount of time to receive the bike in relation to how much we paid for the trainer. My advise to the seller is to consider a more reliable and faster shipping company than they used with us. Was somewhat of a negative experience with the longer than normal wait for this great product.

Quiet, Smooth, I can't say enough good things about this bike. It also arrived from seller a week ahead of time!
