Lots of luck getting a response, I bought this board less than six months ago, already has a split in the middle. I have emailed this company 4 times and have yet to get an acknowledgement or respond. Don't waste your money!

My board arrived water damaged and is black on both sides. How do I get a replacement?

Company has not responded to any of my emails regarding a split in the middle of my not even 6 months old. Emailed 4 times.

Rinsed this off for the first time and it smells really strongly of chemicals - but only in the darker areas.what is it?

I have washed, rinsed and wipe my cutting board, I find no odor coming from it.
