Love this wrap! 2 minutes in the microwave and it stays warm for about half an hour. It's weighted, and conforms to your neck and shoulders. I have had electric heating pads, and for some reason, this type of organic heat works better.

Thick heavy (I'd guess 3-5 lbs) soft like rabbit fur so far very durable aiding in quick relief for soooo many issues. I suffer from severe migraines mostly caused by muscle spasms as well as fibromyalgia. I've used this both heated in the microwave, it comes with instructions and you HAVE to heat in increments to avoid burning, and at room temp. When heated it can be used any where on the body, recently used for an ear ache. I also use it at room temp when I'm holding alot of tension in my neck and shoulders, it's very calming and relaxing and helps me go to sleep on anxious nights. Also makes a great heating pad for that time of month. The uses are endless. This is a must have!

This is great! I bought for neck and shoulders. I just had major pelvic surgery. This substituted amazingly as heating pad for stomach. Love its versatility! Very soft too!

This is a great size microwaveable heating pad for your neck, shoulders, back, or menstrual pain! I tend to wrap it around my calf when I get Charlie horses too. It’s got a slim and flexible design that allows you to maneuver it for maximum relief and comfort. It holds onto the heat really well and delivers a deep moist heat when applied. Pretty good value for the money but I do wish it had a way to clip together to make it easier to wear and still move around. The covering is soft and seems good quality. It’s stuffed pretty well so as to give a little support and has a decent weight to it. The lavender / medicinal smell can be pretty strong when it’s warmed and sometimes that is a little overstimulating. The smell fades the more you use it though so that problem resolves itself.

I love the smell but this wrap is incredibly heavy. I’d find my neck hurting more after using this due to the weight of it. I tried using it while sitting on the couch, sitting at the table, moving around the kitchen. Nothing made a difference so I assume it’s just too heavy? It does heat up nicely, has good coverage and smells good. If it wasn’t so heavy it would be great.

Bought this as a gift for my sister. She has chronic neck pain. Since getting it, she wears it all the time. It has a good amount of weight and a nice scent. Would definitely recommend to those with chronic stress or pain.

It is heavy, which makes the muscles relax and smells nice. I min in microwave makes it nice and warm. Relaxes the muscles nicely.

This is one of the best items bought. When heated and put on the shoulders it relaxes the neck and shoulders and releases very good aroma .

The size not covering the trapezius muscle it’s only on shoulders, not like the photo shows the size, and when I tried to apply for return it wasn’t an option in Amazon!!!! So the product wasn’t as I ordered looks or sizes!

Doesn’t really heat like it claims in 1 minute! Too big & heavy
