Good quality, great value.
I bought one 3 months ago following a damp survey on our home, and as part of our ongoing strategy to tackle some pretty bad condensation issues and it has completed solved our problems throughout the house. Just an hour so every day makes a huge difference and massively reduced condensation in even the furthest away of rooms, to the point that it's no longer a problem. What I particularly like about this model is it's 20l, sufficient powerful for a mid-sized house, but more compact that other models, meaning it can just be wheeled under a table when not in use. Highly recommended.

Powerful and reliable machine.
I'm obsessed with dehumidifiers, my house can get damp and dehumidifiers are a great solution for sucking all that moisture away, I've had this one about 10 months now and it's still going strong with daily use, I think it's the best dehumidifier I have owned so far, it's powerful, it's slim portable design with wheels and a carry handle make it easy to move around the house, the tank is a little smaller than others I have owned but honestly that doesn't bother me at all, it stops when it's full, you empty it and off it goes again, it's so satisfying pouring out all that water down the drain that would otherwise have been floating around causing damp issues, great for drying clothes too, put it next to the clothes horse and it will suck your washing dry, a tip for faster drying, point a fan at your washing to gently blow it (artificial wind). Another tip I just discovered, this is a compressor type dehumidifier, which is great, but they don't like low temperatures below around 14 degrees, so for areas that get damp in winter months that you aren't heating, I do not heat my whole house, can't afford it, crazy cost of heating a home these days! They cease to work effectively, a solution to this is a desiccant type dehumidifier, I recently purchased one of these too, they're a little more expensive but don't mind the cold and continue to work at much lower temperatures, up to zero I believe, I love mine. Thanks for taking the time to read this, I rely very much on people's reviews when making a purchase, so it feels good to return the favour.

Wow!!!!!
This is absolutely marvellous...I live in a street facing very tall trees though the trees are a good 8ft above the ground on higher ground which means they permanently block your sunlight so therefore when it rains....the house's can't dry out as we don't get any sun (even though it's there)...it's blocked by the trees .... I've lived here for 22years....my gutters get blocked in autumn due to the leaves falling off, all of which the gutters get full.....the rain can't go anywhere.... only over....and down the wall... you know they're full when you have a waterfall coming down your windows and front door...... The kitchen....OMG.... don't get me started.... it's been built with A SINGLE LAYER BRICK.... it's freezing.... there's a gap between my kitchen and next door BUT.... that's not accessible because who ever built these bloody houses didn't give us access to be able to clear the gap of which over many many many years has accumulated ALL the bloody leaves blowing over into the gap getting wetter!!! So therefore i also have a lot of damp up my walls and growing my very own MUSHROOMS!!!!!!!!! (if only it was bacon lol)... but seriously...how embarrassing and disgusted do i feel!! I received this Monday PM.....i plugged it in, switched it on, set it to "auto" , couldn't be any easier......(I'm a YOUNG 55yr old woman on my own).......... I put it in the mushroom kitchen..........it read 96% wet........ By Wednesday ....it had removed 35% moisture,( 61% it read) ....BUT...... that's having it on...on auto... for 14hrs....( 5am - 7.30pm) because it then goes in the front bedroom. So far.... it's removed from the kitchen (on auto....and already off when i get in from work at 2.45pm....empty and restart till 7.30).....an amazing almost....3.5litres.... God knows how much more if I'd have attached the hose......... The kitchen is the worst.... In the front bedroom......It read 88% wet (using one of those humidity/temperature gadgets) of which matches the dehumidifier.....(i had that nearest to the front window....the wall that is shaded) ....I plugged it in Tuesday 7.30pm and stood it at the bottom of the bed.......It had reached the FULL......by the time i wake at 4.30am....so i don't know for sure how long that took either......But it had reduced to 74%.... I didn't even have it near that wall as i didn't want to use an extension cable.... so therefore it could've been more. What i did notice was the air...... when i woke to turn over.....it felt purer..... not musty..... It's not overly noisy....but not quiet either....I sleep with earplugs and couldn't hear it....I think you would hear it if you're a light sleeper and don't sleep with earplugs. If you're using in another room then you won't hear it. Sounds are more likely to be noisier in an evening when it's quieter... I can't praise this enough...... It's even made my single brick kitchen warmer....... hopefully no more mushrooms... It's so easy to use AND empty...... It's not the lightest to carry especially if you're up and downstairs with it like me but at least it has castors to wheel it about. Absolutely fantastic. It's about the size of your overhead luggage case.... great compact size with an attitude.....Thumbs up

Dries washing works well
Great dehumidifier. Large water tank works quietly so far especially on low fan setting. Dries my washing, removes damp and odours from rooms. Would recommend.

Fantastic, economical dehumidifier
We've had this dehumidifer running for a few days to address a damp issue in one of our rooms and it works fantastically well. The instructions are really easy to follow and it was running out of the box within a few minutes (depending on how the unit has been stored before/during delivery you may need to leave the unit stored upright for a few hours to let the gases settle). It's possible to set a humidity level within a range of 40-80% and there's an easy-to-read digital display that counts down until the desired level is reached. The auto-shut off and auto-defrost features are really useful meaning you can leave the dehumidifier running for hours without fear of it overflowing once the water tank is full. We've had the dehumidifier running for approximately 12 hours a day at a cost of around 5p per hour and in that time we've already emptied the water tank 4-5 times. The unit is well-built and sturdy with a convenient carry handle and castor wheels to move the unit around between rooms if required. When the unit is running the fan is quiet enough to be able to watch TV or have a conversation without the noise being overly obtrusive. All in all this is a fantastic dehumidifier that does the job well and is great value for money

Netta dehumidifier
Portable dehumidifier slimline shape with wheels and a carry handle. This little thing is easy to manuvre from one room to another. After letting the gasses settle after I got it home, I had it on for a few hours this morning and it worked really well. Its collected a full tray of water so far. Yes it does make a noise when in operation. I use it in my bedroom, switched it on and went to sleep...eventually. I was so tired after the strain of waiting for this delivery and knowing I really needed it for my room I could relax properly. Most important thing is that it seems to do the job. No condensation ony window this morning and a full water tank, that's a win! The delivery was SHOCKINGLY BAD as it was stuck in the fulfilment centre! I had to wait over a week for a 2 to 3 day delivery during the days I was in for it to be delivered to my home when I was at work. Thankfully it was dropped off at a collection centre, on the OTHER SIDE OF TOWN and I don't have a car!! Thankfully my daughter drove me over there to go and get it. Losing faith in delivery services. Ps...it comes in that great little box with handle cutouts if you need to package it up and transport it anywhere. For the ctafres out there: it's strong sturdy cardboard that'll be great for your next project๐๐

Best Iโve tried for home use
Anyone living, like me, in Devon England will suffer from black mould - until they get a dehumidifier. Iโve bought several different ones, only to realise that this Netta is the easiest and most efficient for home use. Easy to empty and light enough to carry up and down stairs. Slim enough to store away too.

Will dry washing
We wanted a dehumidifier to try and cut down use of tumble dryer. Settled on this on and I am happy with it. Touch controls on the top are simple to use. Monitors room and displays humidity figure on the front and top so you can see the level dropping as machine works. I followed the simple instructions and set the desired level of humidity to 40 so the machine stops when reached. Used to dry 3 lots of washing and that is the first time having to empty the 4 litre tank, checked the room seen letter FL flashing on display and the machine had auto cut off as tank full. Other reviews talk about how hard it is to remove and replace water tank so I made a video of myself doing it for the first time. If u line up the tank with the grooves and hold it at an angle it's not that hard to do. The tank fills up to approx 10ml from top and in removing it I did spill a small amount of water but it was a small amount. The noise level is ok I have not tried other machines to compare but have sat in the room and watched TV with this running and it's a background noise that didn't bother me. Sleep mode quietens the fan a fair bit and if for a bedroom this would be acceptable to me. I don't have a smart meter so can't confirm if the stated running costs are accurate but I'm sure it will save money over a tumble dryer. Have left on once overnight and the other 2 loads of washing dried during the day it does take a good few hours to dry in a small room and really thick items of clothing take a lot longer. Overall I think it's a good investment it works well and is easy to use.
