This is worst fan ever I seen, I bought it 3400 approx after seen in YouTube vdo, but really I don't know it was paid vdo bcz just after 2 months it shows its actual performance , suddenly it stops in any time, after a few moments it again runs then stops, if 6 led glows soon it changes into two or four or permanently stops, after 2 months when I complain a technician came after 2 times calling,he already said it may be pcb problem and I have no new pcb, but affter 5 days later he came and change a pcb but there was doubt it was not New pcb according to his comments, it was then runs normally for 20days and now it is the same position as before. Calling 2 days before bt not present may be due to PCB problem. I don't understand why company not supplied the parts as it is in warranty ( 4 + 1 ) yrs. Not only that the rpm of 370 is not responding bcz within 2/3 months speed is decreasing. So this is just cheating the customers. Don't buy! Don't buy..... I thikn if my fan is not changed I must complain to Consumer Forum...

It's been a week now using the Fan, no complain from me. Speed also good. Had a bit of trouble installing the Fan due to the Cover which reaches the top end of the Hook. No regret, a good purchase.

Very disappointing product. The design, remote, and LED light look good, but the fan fails at its main job—airflow. Even at full speed, the air output is far below expectations. There are much better fans available in this price range, so I would not recommend buying this one

Polycab wizzy neo fan is un bearable product in electronics market. This fan is multi tasking function operated. Is with 5 star rating fan so law energy efficiency product. This Remote control in very more than multiple functions of other brand same category fan. Poly cab give 5 year warranty so other brand provide only 2 year warranty. Fan size large and design is aero dynemic so usefull in all seasons and high speed fan. Poly cab provide me all tools for fan feeting with also free installation on door stap. Company provide good after sales service also awesome. i am fully satisfied with poly cab brand.

LED not working

I'm writing this review after almost 2-3 months of using the Polycab wizy neo led BLDC fan. I can say that worst fan I have ever seen in my life. I can't even say how many problems I am facing using this fan. Quality of this fan is very bad. First time after buying this fan when I am start using, the fan was making very bad noice, so I request Amazon for a replacement, Amazon approed the replacement (Thanks to Amazon for quick response as always). After installing the new replacement unit it was ok for few days. Suddenly 2-3 days before the fan stopped running, but the led was on. After on-off it's started spinning again, again it's stopped. This is going on continuously for last 3 days. I have raised a complaint on Polycab website but no response from polycab or their technician. Suffering very badly after purchasing this fan. Very bad product from polycab. 🙏Please don't buy polycab fan, go for other brands, like Atomberg.

I share my feedback after 1 years 3 month ago . Before usage i just give him 3 Star.My cealing fan is stop to working last day.i Just drop a complaint on company site & without any follow up calls my fan is changed & working as new.its amazing product with best service i really appreciate it...
