I find them very helpful
My doctor suggested that in addition to taking medication, I should take Magnesium Glycinate, 200 mg daily, for my heart issue (PVC). It has seemed to help. I didn't know about one fabulous side effect - I now sleep so much better! I can fall asleep more easily, and mostly sleep through the night. The gummies taste good, and I like taking them as chewables better than large tablets you have to swallow. I'm not a medical professional, so be sure to check with your doctor(s) to be sure these are ok for you to take.

Prefer the citrate formulation.
With this product I still get muscle cramps at nite. Really tart with citric acid so you don't even get real vitamin C. I take 2 twice a day.
