Tallamook Honey Glazed beef jerky does not list soy in ingredients. If soy was included, it is expected that it would have been listed.

How long is the shelf life? When did you buy yours and what is the expiration date?

I"ve never had a bag long enough to worry about any kind of expiration date! However, that being said, new bag arrived today has expiration of 6/24/21, if that helps!
