Great controller! Wired with no latency! Half price or less of wireless version!
Great product, with four under sling buttons, and a quality build if you don’t mind a cord. They make another version that’s wireless though. Personally, I didn’t want to mess with possible latency issues for twice as much the price. I often prefer wired over wireless for that reason. This is the second time I have bought of this specific brand and model controller. Please don’t think that means it’s low quality I had to replace it. I’ve bought a new one because I liked it so much, I wanted to share the same gameplay experience with my son.

Don’t buy the elite controller! Get this!
The Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition is a nice step up from the previous model. The underside button placement is much better and the buttons feel built to last. And those two extra buttons on the top are MONEY! I’ve had no drift at all on the sticks and after continuous daily use there are no signs of wear and tear on the buttons. One drawback is the USB connection. The cable plugs straight out the back without support, and mine started disconnecting from getting bumped. I added a 90-degree adapter and that solved the issue. I still wish it had replaceable thumb sticks in different heights, but extenders do the trick. Overall, it is a durable, responsive controller that feels great once you work around the USB port design. Beats the previous version and the elite controller hands down.

Absolutely fantastic controller, IF you can get it to behave.
This controller has got a lot going for it, feels great in every way, I was used to dual rear paddles, but adapted quickly to 4 and stopped using front buttons completely. And the trigger locks have upped my game considerably, but it’s all for naught since this controller has some serious reliability flaws on PC. I play hours of competitive pvp daily and this controller will work fine for about a week or two before it starts exhibiting serious issues. 1st controller: worked solid for about two weeks before the haptic feedback would suddenly jump to max and keep vibrating excessively while jerking my aim in random directions, have to fight the stick to get it back on target and unplug the controller and replug it to stop the excessive vibrating. The issue is progressive, it started happening once every couple of days and slowly progressed until it was happening several times a match, totally unacceptable. I returned it for a replacement which was solid for about a week then suddenly began disconnecting in the middle of a match, constantly… I had about 10 disconnected controller errors in a 15 minute period. This was not a physical wire connection issue as others have had, pressing any button would immediately get the controller working and the error would go away until the next one popped up. Both controllers also have some stick drift on the left stick out of the box when set to 3% dead zone, but not terrible. Flicking the stick causes it to reset properly and stop drifting, my 2nd controller has the least drift. Setting the zone to 0% causes a lot of drift, so I keep it at 3%. In comparison, my gamesir T4 had zero drift with 0% dead zone, it took 7 months of daily use to cause just a tiny bit of drift at 0%, unfortunately the back buttons do not last and begin sticking after constant use, which led me to the Razer controller. I paid full price for the razer and did not get a free one, so this is my honest review of a $100 controller with serious glitches. Great packaging and premium feel (when it works.) amazon won’t give me a 3rd replacement, so I’ll just have to return for a refund, which is too bad because I really like this controller, but I can’t be out $100 for something that is giving me these kinds of problems when controllers for less than half the price don’t have these kinds of issues. I would steer clear; you can google the issues above and find that many people are having similar problems with this controller. One other issue I had with this controller on PC is that my keyboard and mouse will not work in game while this controller is connected. This prevents being able to utilize any sort of chat function or alternative control of your character while the controller inevitably glitches out. Even going into windowed mode to try and do something on the desktop while the game runs keeps my mouse function locked out, I have to ctrl+alt+delete to get it back. I've never encountered this issue with any other controller on PC. Also, as others have pointed out, the USB-C connection on this controller is as cheap as they come. It's the only physical part of the controller that feels like complete junk, it disconnects easily and wiggles under the weight of the cable right out of the box. Terrible oversight considering this is a wired only controller. If you're set on taking on the challenge of owning this controller, I would seriously suggest using a Mag safe usb-c style connection adapter so that you can minimize wear on the port. *Update* I had to downgrade my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. I thought I had been able to address the random disconnect error by using Xbox polling mode (250Mhz) instead of PC mode (1000mhz), this actually stopped the random d/c errors, and I was willing to use 250hz for reliability. However, a new problem entirely has emerged; the controller now just shuts itself off completely in the middle of a game. Pressing any button does nothing to turn it back on. I have to disconnect it from the PC and reconnect, then press the Xbox button repeatedly-almost like I'm giving the dumb thing CPR to get to 'come back to life.' A few times I thought it was dead completely because it didn't respond after repeated attempts, but it eventually comes back on, absolutely ridiculous. It's already cost me a competitive match, such unreliable junk unworthy of "Tournament" anywhere in its name. It's really unfortunate, because the Razer design team did a fantastic job on this controller, if only the hardware and software team were as good. Because for whatever reason, this controller is determined to misbehave no matter what you do to try to make it work. And I see this is a common theme across many of Razer's devices.

Great controller - Terrible app
I was very excited about this controller at first but after a few days... it let me down. Like many of you - I was coming from an xbox elite 2 with stick drift. I loved the feel of the elite 2 and after using it for years really wanted the same back-button layout. Lets get the good things out of the way. The buttons feel amazing. The sticks FEEL great (more on that later) and the triggers are perfect. After a few hours of play i did start to have a double-click feel on the right-bottom back button. There are two major issues with this controller. First, the size is noticeably smaller than the elite 2. This is something I attempted to get used to but even after hours of play I kept hitting the back buttons when i didnt want to. I run ABXY on the back. My right ring finger is A and my middle finger is Y. I found myself often hitting both buttons at the same time with my ring finger and causing me to swap weapons. I never had this problem on the elite 2. This is all because the handles are shorter and it makes the whole controller feel cramped. Now, i think i could have gotten used to the smaller size if it wasnt for the 2nd major issue... the razer app. First of all you MUST have a PC in order to update your controller so it can even be seen by the xbox app. this is crazy. luckily i have a pc so not a big issue for me. My issue is with the actual tuning. You cannot change the thumbstick sensitivity curve. This is the reason im returning the controller. On literally every other 3rd party controller you can adjust your curve. On the Elite 2 i run a "smooth" configuration and this is perfect for me. On the Razer i have no option to adjust this and i have to just deal with whatever options are in game. I could never get used to this. If they would just add this one feature (that everyone else hads) Id keep it. All that said, im going to try the G7 pro which im also not happy about because it only has 2 back buttons but i think i can get used to that easier.

Controle top demais....

Great component. Exceeded expectations. Great tactile feedback with the switches and buttons. Incredible control flexibility. I prefer the cord over the wireless so the cost saving is an added plus.

Have had this for over a year - and easily the best controller I've ever used. I play a lot of games, and between FPS games wearing on triggers/thumbsticks as well as more action-oriented titles wearing on the face buttons (I'm a bit of a button masher), I typically used to buy a new Xbox controller around every year or so. It wasn't necessary, but by then the sticks would be loose/too easy to click, triggers a lot less springy, sometimes face buttons would be less responsive, and I liked the feel of a new controller. I'd tried out a few different premium controllers over the years, including the first Elite series which was great but it too wore out (not as quick as a normal Xbox controller, but at that price wasn't worth getting a new one), and none matched the standard Xbox controller. I even tried the V2, which was cool but the slightly larger frame seemed to give me issues (hands would get very sore after only say 15 mins of use, after a week returned it). The V3 however is perfection - basically the same size as the standard Xbox controller, but with all the bells and whistles of a premium controller. The triggers feel perfect and the hair triggers feel like a mouse click which is neat, the extra bumpers is surprisingly useful, and the back buttons feel natural and very comfortable. After over a year of use, I'm stunned by the quality of the build, because it still feels like it's new - the triggers are just as snappy and responsive, the buttons haven't developed any "stick" or responsiveness issues, and the sticks which are always the big issue with controller longevity haven't changed at all - no drift, no looseness, nothing. The USB cable that it comes with does seem to have issues (randomly disconnects) but I used my old, cheap one I bought for under 10 bucks years ago that's like 20 feet long and haven't had an issue since, so it's definitely the cord - if you experience this issue, just use any other cord and you won't have a problem, an easy fix thankfully as the controller itself is perfect. Cannot recommend enough.

O controle é muito bom, entrega o que promete, achei um pouco mais duro os movimentos do analógico. Tem um detalhe negativo que é o cabo, fica dando mal contato. Não sei se é só o meu.
