Super vibrant colors.

These are oil soluble, they mixed well in my cocoa butter and white chocolate. The bottles are small and it takes a lot to get a darkncolor but there's more in the bottles than it looks.

Love these! It only takes a very small drop mixed in to make beautiful vibrant colors. Was a hit at the gingerbread decorating party! Lots of great color variety to choose from and to mix and the bottles themselves were sturdy and ergonomic. No issues with leaking or pouring. Worth every penny... they are long lasting and fun to use. Thankfully, there is no distinct taste or smell either that would make the cookie or cake taste funky... if it taste weird its only because someone messed up in the kitchen ( it was me. I burnt the cookie .shh).

Bought these to color cake frosting primarily. To get really vibrant color you will probably need to use significantly more than is recommended. But they do work and the colors are relatively strong if you mix in a lot of it. I haven't noticed any significant taste difference.

These work great for chocolate, and are oil soluble. I did a small experiment before trying this in my chocolate. I put a little bit of coconut oil in a couple of glasses and added this product to one glass and a water based food colorant to the other. This product incorporated very well, but the water based food colorant did not mix or disperse. I provided pictures here for comparison. I then tested this on some candy melts, and it worked although the color did not change dramatically. Finally I made cake pops with a lovely green color on them using this in some sugar free white chocolate I melted. These are not super concentrated, and I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a super deep and vibrant color. The concentration is too low, and I don’t think it would taste good if too much is used. I’m excited to have a variety of colors for different projects in the future. The cost of these is pretty low compared to professional oil based food colorants which can cost the same price for a single color. All in all, this is a good product that does actually work, despite what others are saying.

These are a little lower quality than I expected as they come out as a dull/muted color even when you add a LOT of drops. They seem to mix well, depending on which colors you are trying to mix. The colors are definitely not as “true” as you would expect, with the green being a little more blue blue, purple being a little more blue, orange being pretty yellow, and red being extremely light. These serve their purpose, but even for the good price I would try to find a better option in the future. I haven’t noticed any taste or leakage.

Great range of colors but they aren't as bright as they could be. We put in tons of this into frosting and it was still a pastel in color.
