So far this product has worked well for me. I feel like I am getting a good nights sleep with them. The pills did not leak in transit as some other brands tend to do. I think they are a good product at an affordable price.

On an empty stomach, it takes ~one hour. However, if I have overstuffed myself, I don’t bother taking the pill because it won’t work on me. There ARE some days my body won’t be affected at all and I’ve wasted pills. I find myself feeling irritable right before the sleepiness fully hits so I try to get into bed 20-30 minutes before I reach my 2 hour mark. Pills keep me asleep through the night. I wake up nightly for a bathroom run but still fall alseep easily. I do wake up feeling groggy, then again, I’m getting less than 7 hours sleep. 9-10 hours of sleep might help cut the grogginess but I just can’t get that full sleep 😅 so for the most part, it helps aid with that instant lights out (I just gotta get a good head start lol). Oh, yes, easy to swallow. As always, drink plenty of water when taking meds.

I go through periods of either little sleep or extremely restless sleep where I wake up almost every hour to toss and turn. Like most, I tried many different supplements or OTC medication to help me get the rest I strongly needed. I followed the advice of many reviewers and took a pill 30 or so minutes before actually getting in bed. I was out within an hour. Which is unheard of for me! I did notice that I began yawning about 20 minutes in and my eyes kept closing around 40 minutes in. I actually put away my phone since it was getting hard to focus when I typically stay alert for hours on other products. Then the tingles began! I don’t think I saw anyone mention this before, but my hands started to feel tingly. Like if they were falling asleep lol. Then that spread to other parts of my body like my feet and legs. I got it yesterday from Amazon. I took one of the 50 milligram and I felt nothing for two or three hours I didn't get sleepy and then you know I just think I've wasted my money. Would I recommend it It depends on your body yourself if you get a good night sleep or not but me I've had it insomnia for years and I don't go to sleep easy. What I recommend it no if it's a slow act and is that I would not if this is stronger than Benadryl and I can take a Benadryl and puts me out but this right here does not so there must be something wrong there.
