Everyday Matters Bible for Women-NLT: Practical Encouragement to Make Every Day Matter

I first bought this bible in paperback but was concerned it might not last, so I donated it and bought a hardback copy. It was only a week old when some pages started to come loose. I sent it back and got the paperback again. It's an easy- to - understand translation and the spiritual disciplines are an added bonus.

I am really enjoying this book. I was looking for a bible that was more detailed and gave more insight and this is it for me. Its really so much more than a bible. There is even a chapter on how to use this in a small group study. I would recommend this to any woman who wants to delve deeper into bible study.

What a fantastic bible for everyday, ordinary women like me! There are TONS of informative articles on how to apply scripture to everyday life, how to study the bible, and lessons and explanations of a variety of hot topics. The inside pages are also as beautiful and colorful as the cover! The only thing hard to get used to is that the book names are on the side of the pages, not the top, but it's so beautifully written and graphically appealing that it doesn't take away from the Bible experience. I would also agree with another reviewer who indicated that it's hard to handle. I did purchase the soft cover because I like the flexibility of soft covers on all books, but this is a powerfully packed bible, so there are more pages than most bibles, and it can be a bit more difficult to hold and control, so to speak. But again, it's not anything that makes me like it any less. I may have liked the hard cover more, but all in all, the bible itself is amazing.

I love this bible! This bible makes reading/studying daily very easy. The thought of bible study was always intimidating to me because I didn't know where to start. The guides in this book solves that problem. I look forward to my morning quiet time with this bible.

The used copy of this Bible that I purchased was in like-new condition. I find it hard to believe it was used.

I like this bible. I like the little backgrounds before each book. I like the little articles in between. And I like how they breakdown into major principles (ie. stewardship, service, gratitude etc). I don’t like how thin the pages are. Depending on the pen I’m using that will show through the other side. I also was confused because I thought the articles were written by women only but many of them were written by men. I don’t have a problem with that I just feel deceived by the description because I thought it was written for women by women. And I don’t like that they don’t capitalize the “H” in his when referring to God or Jesus. That is honestly wild to me. Overall I enjoy this bible. The articles help explain and expand on things and give some perspective. It’s easy to read and I think it’s great study bible.

I bought this Bible for my mom, she loves it, still uses it almost daily.

You see this Bible Yh...? Changed my whole life. Allowed me to explore the bible and understand Gods word. The little Q&A, and what not helps to understand what God has intended for us. I loved it so much I got one for my sister and my friend! Get it you’d not regret it
