How well does this work on a left bladed circular saw?

Not sure what is considered “left bladed” but i have saws with the motors on each side and i think this will work with either of them...

is it suppose to come with a guide for where the blade is located? Because mine didn't.

yeah mine came with it, but I haven't used it because it's more of a pain than it is useful.

Does it work for left handed people who hold the saw with their left hand? I would have to hold the bora tool with my right hand?
