OXO Good Grips Twist & Stack Container – 40 oz – 2 Pack

I was looking for a container to freeze my homemade pasta sauce and meat. I lost two batches when my mason jars cracked and broke in the freezer. I was determined to find a product that would not crack. This jars are perfect!!! I made a large batch of Italian Sauce and meat —-these containers worked perfectly! They are easy to use and clean. You can even throw them in the dishwasher if you want to. They look so nice and since they are clear you know what is inside. Excellent value for the money . I bought 3 sets! Easy to open and the food stays fresh. So happy I found these!

The storage capacity in the listing is accurate, the material is nice and thick, looks clear as glass, I'm very happy with them. That rubber gasket/seal sets them apart from other brands I've had, I don't need to worry about them leaking in a lunch bag or anything, and I can be sure they're clean since they're removeable. You can microwave them, but I don't really recommend it based on other Tritan containers I've had getting warps when things really heat up. Price-wise the value is about right, they might be a little more spendy than Rubbermaid Brilliance containers, but the quality sure seems better on first impression and have the extra feature of that removeable gasket for better cleaning.

I love these little containers. The quality is very good as you would expect from OXO. They are the perfect size not too small not too big and I don’t just use them for snacks. I use them for leftovers or other things in the refrigerator such as fruit.

I haven’t had a chance to freeze them yet, but they frel wonderful. They seal well and they have a good frrl to the, balanced and sturdy. The lids are easy use amd clesn. They scree on tightly and they don’t seem to leak. When I freexe something soon, I will update this review.

I searched for glass containers and this set came out on top of a review site. Foolishly, I did not review carefully. They are plastic, which I did not want. Also, if you close the container tight and the freeze, you will have trouble opening the top until it has defrosted a bit.

These are the best containers… they keep our dry foods - crackers, nuts, ground and whole bean coffee, chocolate covered almonds, etc) fresh. Love that they stack well and aren’t huge. Well made and attractive. The lids screw on- no pop- up lids that eventually lose their seal. I hand wash them, so don’t know how they do in a dishwasher- I imagine the rubber lids would eventually lose some shape or sealing properties after repeated exposure to high heat. I only store dry stuff in them, as I assume the plastic could stain from pasta sauce, etc. but they do hold liquid well. Very happy with these; our pantry items stay fresh and are better organized than if they stayed in their original boxes etc..

Love the assorted sizes. I use them mainly for freezing leftover meals or ingredients. They are STURDY and hold up well in the freezer - no discoloration, dents, or cracks. I wash them by hand and they look brand new after 6 months. The gasket can be a little challenging to remove and replace, but it's not hard once you get used to it. It's worth it to have a gasket that eliminates all leaking!!

These are Titran plastic, so the plastic is less reactive and gives off far fewer microplastics, they clean up easily with no residue, similar to glass, but they're super lightweight and won't shatter like glass if dropped or bumped too hard (which I worry about, since I dread the mess of getting all the glass shards off the floor when glass containers break). I love the screw-on top, it's easy and secure, which works nicely when I use these jars to make cold brew coffee and tea with disposable filter bags.
