"I purchased this AC one month ago and it was installed by the company's technician. Since day one, the AC has been producing unusually high noise compared to other ACs. I already own another AC at home, and it operates much more quietly. I have raised complaints with both the company and Amazon multiple times. The technician visited and claimed that the noise is normal for this model. Later, he suggested that the unit should be installed in a different position, but no action has been taken. Now they are asking for extra charges to relocate the unit. This appears to be either a product defect or an installation issue. However, neither the company nor the service team is willing to provide a proper resolution. They are refusing replacement and are also not fixing the issue without additional charges. I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and negligence. I request immediate action and a proper resolution to this problem."

The product quality is good and the overall service experience was satisfactory. However, the copper pipe and an additional pipe were missing from the box, which was disappointing. Please ensure all listed accessories are included during delivery.

For a brand-new appliance to suffer a critical electronic hardware failure this quickly is unacceptable. If you are looking for a reliable air conditioner that can handle the summer without breaking down, look elsewhere. The internal components used in this model do not last. Avoid this model entirely if you expect a durable, functioning machine.

Hard cooling, and using 450-500 watt per hour if using at C1 mode. Fan speed is high. But Build quality is not good. Outdoor unit coil is with aluminum fins. Indoor coil is purely copper. And single row condenser coil at outdoor. Overall good for average house.

This AC doesn't deserve even 1 star. Noise level is way too high. Also, customer support is very poor. Their technicians are very bad. Technician broke the fan while servicing with no replacement for over week. There is an issue with the compressor and again with no resolution for more than 10 days. I am not even sure if they'll fix it even if AC is still under warranty. Everyone be it customer service or technicians is like we can't do anything. Technician has visited that's all we could do. After almost 15 days of raising the complaint with customer care, they are saying that my profile is not registered with them. Worst customer care service.
