Spanish Ham. Bone-in Jamon Serrano - Serrano ham *** 6 - 7 KG ***

Have had several cheaper cured hams from various sources, the last couple have been ordered through Amazon. I am no connoisseur but this time fancied a larger hind legs. It was advertised as no less than 6.5kg and 18moths cured. It arrived 5 days after ordering and with the covid in full swing this was amazing. The ham weighed in at 7.9kg unpacked. It was exeptionaly well packaged and included time line card for the processing of the animal to despatch which was a nice touch. Now the taste. This is the most expensive ham I have purchased to date, the way it cuts, stores and tastes definitely confirm that spending a little more in this case gets better quality. The meat still has just the right amount of moisture to allow it to be carved easily without tasting wet in the mouth. I would definitely purchase this again and may even risk a few more pounds per kg on the next grade up but really don't think it could get any better than this.

This was a very nice piece of meat and I will be ordering again. There is a level of fat, which is to be expected and the meat has a good flavour. For the price and size, you can't go wrong

Je suis contente de pouvoir acheter un jambón serrano de très bonne qualité et un prix raisonnable étant en France. Pas du tout facile d'acheter des produits espagnoles de qualité à distance. Je pense que j'ai fait une bonne découverte avec la marque Redondo Iglesias. Salamanca est une région reconnue par ces produits. Acheté mardi, livré samedi. Très bien emballé. Poids net 6'450Kg. Je prévois une autre commande pour Noël: un autre serrano et du lomo !!

Arrivata spedizione prima del previsto con un imballo perfetto. Una volta aperto il prosciutto era magnifico e curato bene. Provato ha un sapore eccellente e sono rimasti tutti entusiasti. Sicuramente lo comprerò ancora. P.s. : quando comprate qualcosa, leggete bene tutta la descrizione e non vi fermate SOLO alle foto.

Ha salido muy bueno, y sin exceso de tocino, viene muy bien embasado, viene al vacío, funda de tela y su caja, ideal para regalar, repetiremos seguro muy bueno!!!!

Envoi rapide le produit était très bien emballé je suis très satisfait, très gouteux peut être pas le meilleur, mais compte tenu du prix c'est un très bon produit. J'en reprendrais l'année prochaine.

OTTIMO PRODOTTO, super soddisfatta dell'acquisto. spedizioni velocissime e accurate. il prosciutto e veramente buono, gusto molto saporito. ottimo davvero.
