These really do work. Keeps the mouth moist all night.

I find brilliant to keep moisture in mouth while sleeping with CPAP. Helps me keep the mask on fir the whole night without getting a dry mouth.

I have used this product for years, now finding them effective in treating my very dry mouth overnight.

I suffer with a very dry mouth,and to use xylimelts at night really help, and I don't waken up with my mouth feeling very dry

After having radiotherapy & chemo on tonsi killed saliva glands tried many things thease really help won’t suit everyone but highly recommend trying for dry mouth x

Fantastic product, would definitely recommend it to all. This is the only product that actually works for dry mouth.

These are just what the doctor ordered for dry mouth disorders that plague nighttime sleep. They melt slowly and are sometimes still there in the morning. My only problem is not to chew them up because they taste good. Be sure to carefully choose the flavor you want, as there are several choices. For me, they also help with apnea, because they provide the moistness that helps me keep my mouth shut. I try not to run out, as my sleep is definitely adversely affected when I don't have them. The price is a little steep, and hope it comes down over time.

These are a godsend. I often wake up in the middle of the night with my mouth as dry as dust and my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth. One of these tucked above a molar is enough to remedy the situation, sometimes one on each side of my mouth, and I can go back to sleep. Never any danger of choking on it as it adheres quite firmly to my gum, yet doesn't irritate it. I purchased more and will continue to do so as needed.
