Setup was quick and easy—I had the machine ready to go in a few minutes, and the controls were simple to figure out. The LED display is clear, and I appreciated being able to see the temperature as it worked. It took about twenty minutes for the berry punch to turn into a smooth, icy slush. The texture was way better than anything I ever managed with my blender—no weird lumps or half-melted ice chunks. I’ve since tried coffee and even made a batch of soft serve ice cream, and each time the results have been consistent and really satisfying. Adding a bit of sugar is just part of the process, and it actually helps bring out the flavors in whatever you’re making. Cleaning is easy too—the parts come off and go right in the dishwasher, which is a big plus for me. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. I recently went to a friend’s house who had a slushie machine and my granddaughter absolutely loved it. I was planning on buying one for a Christmas gift for the family, but decided with summer coming, it would be best to buy one now. After a lot of research and reviewing other machines on Amazon, I chose this one for many different reasons, one specifically the size and the fact that it also makes soft serve ice cream, which my granddaughter loves. So far, we’ve tried it with soda, juice and even cherry syrup I purchased on Amazon. It makes perfect slushie’s in 15 minutes, it has definitely not disappointed. Today we are going to do soft serve ice cream cones. I will come back and add to my review and let you know how they turned out. I will definitely recommend this machine to all of my friends and family. It’s very quiet and so far it’s been amazing for after School treats for my granddaughter. Love this product! It works just as promised. Super easy to clean. Can make slushie in less than 30 minutes if beverage is already refrigerated. Very durable. Slim design and built with quality material. Highly recommend!

We weren't sure how this slushy machine would measure up to name brand ones such as the Ninja Slushi. After quite a bit of research, we decided to give it a try due to the cheaper price and added value of being able to make soft serve ice cream, and I'm glad we gave this product a shot. It has performed above expectations. So, far, we have made cherry coke slushies and soft serve ice cream - both turned out excellent. Neither took too long to freeze since the sugar content of the liquids was adequate. It may take a little experimentation with recipes and the settings to get results to match your preferences, but this slushy machine makes the process quite simple just by following the provided instruction manual and inspiration guide. Cleanup is fairly easy and straightforward as well for this type of product. The parts that need washing come apart easily and are all dishwasher safe. Everything seems as sturdy as other brands. All of these machines use mostly plastic for the removable parts that need to be cleaned. I do wonder if replacement parts would be available were they ever needed. I should preface all of this by saying, initially, we did have liquid leaking from the dispenser even when it was in the closed position, but we contacted the seller and they were very responsive. They sent a video showing how to tighten a few screws on the dispenser piece, and after snugging these up (which only took a few seconds), it hasn't leaked a drop since. Very impressed with their customer service. That is definitely a factor in this 5-star rating. Only time will tell how good the internals of this machine are (compressor, etc.), but the seller is currently providing a decent warranty, so we are at this time, impressed with the product and product support.

Great Slushie machine. Ice cream doesn't seem to get cold enough to become a good soft serve consistency. It always comes out as if it melted a little bit. I throw it in the freezer for 30 min and it stiffens up pretty well.

I enjoy frozen Cokes all of the time, so I bought this machine. I was impressed at how easy it was to use and made my drink in about fifteen minutes. I am looking forward to making mixed drinks for an upcoming party. I am sure it will be a big hit.
