The light was installed on a brand-new 20-amp circuit, so it's receiving plenty of power over a solid-core copper wire, and it is controlled by an LED-compatible GE smart switch. I have filed a case with the manufacturer to see if any resolution can be met, but I would not recommend spending so much money on a faulty design.
