iWash 4.4 Lbs Capacity Countertop AI Fully Automatic Compact Portable Washing Machine

Certainly not a countertop unit. This is a large washer and very heavy compared to other portable washers I have had. It is also much more expensive and not really worth it given that it can only wash about 6 girls size 7 shirts at a time. It does not hold 4.4 pounds so the description is a complete lie. Regular portable washers can wash a typical sized laundry load usually. It is even heavier and larger than the Beyond AI dryer I got to go with it. It was too heavy and inconvenient to send back so I guess I’m stuck with it.

Absolutely what I needed and finally found. For as long as I have been searching, all I have ever come across in "portable washer" category are either machines that are too large to be considered portable and taking up too big of a space, or too weak and small to be very functional. Even with the low rated review I have seen for this product I took a chance because there just wasn't anything I could find to fit my need. I needed small enough to fit in a bathroom when not in use yet powerful enough to do a good normal wash of clothes. Not only did I get both of these but this washing machine also does a good spin dry. Size is perfect and I was able to find a good counter top for it as you can see in the photo. The counter top is on wheels so I can roll it and hide it in bathroom when not in use in my small apartment. Both the water pump and drain is automatic. Just becareful to ensure the drain hose stays put in place in the sink otherwise you will have a wet floor mess. As you can see in the photo. not only does the machine fit and is level with my sink, I have space to keep my laundry basket on lower level with my detergent and that allows me to take up almost no additional realestate in bathroom and just put it where I used to keep my laundry basket. I had a TERRIBLE experience with both Amazon and this seller. Item was WAYY oversized and not described, box damaged, jumbo, and the item itself is certainly not "countertop" worthy. Was harassed to remove my previous review, assured my return would be processed, so I did so in an effort to not hurt the seller's business. Alas, no return label or coordination of a pick up label to facilitate. Don't waste your time.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I ordered. And unfortunately did not feet in my tiny space just for 1 inch. Seems to be very nice quality.

The machine stopped working after less than 60 days. The company did not reply to my request for advice or replacement.

Bought directly from the manufacturer and wished I had read the company reviews first. This company makes returns and refunds extremely difficult if you buy it directly from them. At least they respond back for tech support. Amazon will treat you better though. The washer works fine but as advertised, it can only wash 1 bath towel or 1 queen size bedsheet or 1 pair of jeans at a time. It takes about 6 gallons of water to wash and has a gravity drain, so the washer has to sit somewhere high. The reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because the owner/customer service is very condescending about returns and being able to lift the washer. The washer is 42 lbs but can be quite heavy to lift due to the shape and the washer lacks good hand gripping grooves to move it around unlike other washers.
