RingConn Gen 2, World’s First Smart Ring with Sleep Apnea Monitoring

I’ve been wearing the RingConn for roughly two weeks now and I am really impressed. I originally was going to buy a different smart ring but having read some not so great reviews I am happy I changed my mind. It tracks all the things I want it to track, app is really user friendly. It’s still collaborating with my cycle and fitness so I feel it will only get better after continuous wear. It’s pricey but I think you’re paying for what you get. The design of the ring makes it feel like you’re not wearing it, really light and comfortable. Best thing is the battery, I’ve only charged it for 20 minutes at a time every few days when I shower. If you’re looking for a smart ring I’d highly recommend this one.

Excellent smart ring, very comfortable to wear all day and night, and the mobile app has a beautiful, easy-to-understand interface. I previously tried the Ultrahuman ring, but it felt bulky on my finger and the app was overloaded with complicated statistics and unusual spikes in the data. RingConn presents the information in a much cleaner and more normalised way, making the insights genuinely useful and easy to follow. The ring is lightweight, comfortable, and the fact there’s no subscription fee is a huge bonus. My only wish is that it was a bit cheaper, but overall I’m very happy with it.

I bought the gold version and it just looks like a normal gold ring. However it has many hidden attributes like sleep detection, steps etc. The sleep is very accurate. The battery life is really long, about a week using constant. Completely died on me after 8 months

The product I’m showing you has been through everything with me. I’ve cleaned the house, done gardening, gone to the gym and even swimming while wearing it, and it’s still working perfectly. The best thing is that the app is free, so you only pay once for the ring with no extra subscriptions. It has really made a difference for me. I mainly use it to count my steps, but it also helps me understand how many calories I burn each day and gives me a better idea of my sleep quality. I’ve already changed my sleeping habits and my sleep has improved a lot. I’m really happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

Very nice ring, light and comfortable. I wanted it so that I didn't have to wear smart watch in bed to track sleep. Most of the features seem to work very well and appear reasonably accurate except for the step count. As with all smart rings, it is a little bulky but you get used to it. It also counts hand movements as steps and recorded over 5000 more in a day than my watch. I will be returning it and buying Oura 3 ring, no sleep apnea monitoring but all the other features (will ignore step count) and cheaper.

I can only recommend and praise this product. It performs exactly as advertised and the App is clear and easy to use giving all the information in a clear and practical manner. My only concern on purchase was what would after sales support be like if required at any time. Well 7 months after purchase I needed support and found it was quickly and efficiently given. The communication was clear and quickly given and my query was quickly settled and resolved. I gave this product 5 stars and would give the after sales support the same score.

I am highly satisfied with the RingConn support team's handling of my battery replacement under warranty. After a quick troubleshooting check, they immediately approved the replacement. They even proactively shipped the new ring before my return package had reached them. The replacement ring has been working wonderfully for the past 5 days with fantastic battery life. Fast, efficient, and hassle-free service!

So I before I bought my RingConn I read the reviews about how quickly the battery life deteriorates and me being me I decided to ignore the warnings and make up my own mind instead. The ring itself and the technology it has - AMAZING! I genuinely love this product and have been shouting about to all my family and friends as it’s that good. But….. I have only been wearing my ring for 4 weeks and yes the better I do last 10 days in the beginning but now I charged it fully only a couple of days ago and it’s already down to just over 50%. I feel let down by the promise of long battery life and now I’m out of the Amazon return window so I’m stuck with a product I am falling out of love with more and more every day I wear it.

Primera vez que uso anillo inteligente y debo decir que me ha ayudado mucho a evaluar curvas de estrés por trabajo y ver el patrón que se repetía de acuerdo a las reuniones que tuviera. Además te va guiando en la calidad de sueño calificando día a día como se duerme. Lo recomiendo.

I am extremely impressed with the customer care service! The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and always provided a solution very quickly. The entire replacement process was smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated being able to receive my new ring in such a short time. It was also a wonderful surprise that they waited until the replacement ring had been delivered before asking me to ship back the original one. 2 things I want to add - the product and the support. Product - overall very pleased. Does almost everything any other ring device would do. And no subscription is needed! Integrates well with Apple Health to. It is not the most accurate as a fitness tracker, but as an all day + sleep it performs exceptionally well. The charging case and battery life are fantastic (can confirm it's over 10 days on full charge). It also looks great and does not look or feel bulky. this purchase was actually my 2nd ring. I liked mine so much we got another one for my partner. Support - I had to engage their support for an RMA. Both of our rings started losing battery charge and turning off after about 1 year of usage. one of the rings was already outside the 1 year warranty. After a few emails exchanged (just for information, screenshots etc) - RingConn replaced both rings with brand new rings for both of us (including the one out of warranty) at their expense (including shipping and sending back). Their customer support was fantastic. The level of care and outcome we have was beyond our expectations. Hope this helps!

È un prodotto ottimo che nel complesso svolge egregiamente le funzioni per cui è stato creato. Lo utilizzo da più di 3 settimane principalmente per il monitoraggio delle apnee notturne e posso garantire la sua affidabilità, efficienza e precisione. L'ho messo alla prova dormendo con e senza cpap o MAD e i risultati del monitoraggio hanno rivelato marcate differenze nei valori riportati a seconda che utilizzassi o meno i predetti dispositivi. Sono molto utili e attendibili anche tutte le altre funzioni di monitoraggio di sonno, parametri vitali, stress etc. È per me uno strumento davvero molto utile e lo consiglio vivamente a chi ne ha bisogno
