I bought the DJI Osmo Mobile 7P on sale as something to go with my S26 Ultra. I normally film with the Xtra Muse however I wanted something less sensitive to carry around that allowed me to film with my phone. This device does just that, and it is quite reliable as well. Pros - Footage is super smooth consistently - The Mobile 7P feels well built as do all DJI products - Fits even larger phones like the S26 Ultra - Has AI tracking built in with a light - Can charge your phone while filming from the devices battery - Can use the tracking module as a DJI mic receiver to easily connect wireless DJI mics (ex: mic mini) to your phone Cons - Gimbal does need calibrated more often than i'd like, however that's probably an issue with my chonk of a phone - Built in tripod does feel a tad flimsy - AI tracking can be gimmicky and if you leave gestures on for it, you can accidently turn it on and track when you're not wanting it to. (this is by far the most annoying thing about this device) Overall despite the cons, this device is smooth and super portable since it folds up, and when caught on sale is a solid value for money and will work with most modern phones. I especially appreciate the connectivity for DJI mics as it makes it a solid choice for phone vloggers. Definitely pick this up.

A very stable and easy‑to‑use gimbal with great tracking and long battery life. What I liked: The 3‑axis stabilization is excellent — videos look smooth even while walking. Native tracking locks onto the subject quickly and stays accurate. The built‑in extension rod and tripod make it super convenient for selfies and group shots. Quick Launch connects fast, so you can start shooting right away. Battery lasts close to 10 hours, which is great for trips. It can charge the phone, which is a big bonus during long shoots. What I didn’t like: The gimbal is a bit bulky if you want something ultra‑compact. Tracking can lose the subject in very low light. The built‑in light is helpful but not very strong. Good for: Anyone who wants smoother videos for travel, vlogging, TikTok, or family events without needing a professional camera. Verdict: A reliable, feature‑packed gimbal that delivers smooth footage and great battery life — definitely worth it if you record videos often.

I love this thing when I can remember how to use it, lol! In all fairness, I'm in my late 50's and I find this much technology in one handheld, extremely glorified tripod a bit intimidating. I have to keep looking up how to make it do what I need it to do, but it always ends up doing "the thing" I need it to, so I guess that's all that matters, right? Stability? Check! Responsiveness? Check! Ton of technology for the money? Check! Works as it should? Check! My lack of "technological know how" is rampant, if I can make this work, you can too... even if you also have to watch the YT video every time you want to use it :)

Its a very nice gimbal but the magnetic tracking camera doesnt work very good so dont pay extra for that feature, if you use the app and your phone the tracking is great, it is a very well built gimbal but no replacable battery, its built in so its kind of disposable Very nice aluminum build quality though, very smooth videos Excellent motors and motor control.

I bought the DJI Osmo Mobile 7P smartphone gimbal and overall I’m really impressed with what it does. The 3-axis stabilisation keeps my clips nice and steady even when I’m walking or moving around, so my videos look way more professional than handheld shots. It’s quick to set up — literally unfold it, stick your phone on the magnetic mount and you’re ready to shoot. The built-in extension rod and tripod make it super flexible for selfies or low angles without carrying extra gear. The tracking features are awesome too. The gimbal follows subjects smoothly without me having to adjust manually, which is perfect for vlogs, family recordings, or content creation. Battery life is solid — I easily get around 8-10 hours of use before needing a recharge, and there’s even a USB-C port that can charge your phone while you’re filming. My only small gripe is the app experience — sometimes it can be a bit buggy or laggy depending on your phone, and some people have mentioned it crashing or not working perfectly. But for basic stabilisation and shooting, I usually just use my phone’s native camera app and it works great.

This is one of the most amazing DJI products i’ve ever seen. So smooth, so easy to use. It takes photos and videos to a new highest level ever. Have ordered about 5 to resell and people love it as well

Ok, here it is: If you're serious or even semi serious about filming whatever, you'd be bonkers not to get this Gimbal. It is absolutely out of this world and a must have. This particular Gimbal has an extra tracking module that connects to the bracket and makes filming yourself, using the main lenses, an absolute doddle. Buy pulling the trigger on the handle a green light shows that the main subject, eg. you, is in focus, and the camera will follow you, giving you proportionate head and side space, not to mention no more jerkiness. If you enjoy filming, whether for fun or semi professionally, this is the ultimate instrument to add to your hobby or avocation. I looked at several Gimbals but this is the best as it works well with other dji equipment. The brackets can even hold the Action 4 cameras, which is why I bought it.

Gimbal era para un regalo, lo estuve probando y muy fácil de usar más los resultados son súper sorprendentes le da un toqué de profesionalidad al no notarse nada al estar grabando caminando, el resultado es espectacular y el seguimiento perfecto sin llegar a perder el objetivo en ningún momento.
