This watch was purchased for christmas, and the V in the bottom of the watch fell off after 5 weeks. The worst part is that the Amazon return window expired on Jan 31st, so when i went to return it in February i was unable to return it. I contacted Kenneth Cole and they deflected me back to Amazon. Garbage product and garbage service!

Second hand was detached from watch face implying a lack of quality control on behalf of manufacturer or shipper. Very disappointed in the result.
