Excellent
This product seems to be like Marmite, but my experience has been outstanding so far. We'd accicentally submerged one of our previous Samsung controller (the great metal one) and we were not going to pay Samsung's extortionate price (£70+) for a replacement. With nothing to lose... A month later, this inexpensive solution still works like a charm. And it instantly connected to my TV (a Samsung Q90R). My expectations were low, and I remain surprised at how well it works.

Works fine as basic LG remote replacement
Fine as a basic LG remote replacement but take note it doesn't have LG magic remote functions of pointer and scroll wheel!

A great remote
Fantastic! The remote registered immediately with my tv & is so easy to use. A breath of fresh air after struggling with the buttons for ages on my original tv remote. Highly recommended!

Good but does not control set top box
Great remote, but it does not control sky box like the old genuine LG remote.

A good replacement remote
First impressions are quite good. It looks fairly durable and feels similar to the original LG remote. After installing some batteries the television recognised it straight away making set very easy. The biggest problem for me is the main round button. Unlike the original LG remote it makes a loud clicking noise every time you use it. Also, the magic pointer sometimes seems to have a mind of its own jumping all over the screen. The voice control works as it should. Overall, I’m fairly satisfied although I do feel it was a little pricey for a third-party product.
