Love this !! I can’t say enough how awesome it is to be able to get 25 g of protein and it be more like a drink instead of a nasty whey protein shake. I have loved this stuff for probably 8 yrs at least. I can’t complain. Taste great and a lot of servings unlike whey protein. Also, for the people disappointed that it’s only halfway full of powder.. it’s supposed to only be halfway full because the powder settles. But it’s correct. Also, I’ve never had any allergies. I am a healthy person used to compete and be a trainer in bikini model now I just love the lift weights three or four days a week.

This product was referred to me by a co-worker. I got the powder form not the pills, my favorite bcaa is All day you may by Rich Piana so I figure lets give this a try. I do exercise at least 4 to 5 days of week with 4 days of early morning fasted cardio. I read other reviews that some use this as a meal replacement or they use it instead of protein powder. In my opinion this enhances protein synthesis, but I would never used it as a meal replacement or replace your protein powder ....I just have 1 scoop of powder after workout I'm 2 weeks in to this product I will give a final review after I finish the tub not sure if It help with bf% or if its my dedication currently bf% is 10.6

This protein is great. Takes more like a sports drink rather than ice cream. Makes it easier to drink after a workout.

Love it. Use it daily, tastes great, easy to drink, mixes easily. Some products I have used contained Soy. dropped them quickly. I will continue to use this product as long as it is on the market.

I had this protein (sealed package) since Oct. 2024 and opened it in May 2025, only to find the powder had been contaminated with water at some point. I don’t recommend, this protein isn’t cheap and to have to throw it away is extremely disappointing.
