Anything special about these? Why are these almost $4/can where everybody else is about 2.20?

This is a RIP off!!! I spent $36 on this product 3 weeks ago, ( which is still $3 a can, but conveniently delivered to your door). I have no problem with because my dog loves this food. Now it's almost $54....What gives ? If this isn't price gouging, I don't know what is.

How long can these be stored for?

We have kept it up to 2.5 months with no problems. Based on excellent packaging, I would guess it could have been kept much longer. We have 3 dogs, so it goes fast! They love it and have been much healthier since we began buying it.
