is this product septic tank friendly?

If used properly, the packet fully dissolves into the liquid. I have a septic tank and am not concerned.

Can you reuse sachets or change it after dumping?

Once the sachet is dropped into the pouch and is dissolved, further sachets can be used after you empty the pouch, by inserting a sachet through the drainage outlet and pushing it all the way in. Just Want To Avoid Black Gravel in my Bag!
