I purchased this product using amazon, no where on my labeling is how to apply(pool or skimmer) nor is there any statment on when pool can be used?

I have a 24,000 gal pool. I put 16oz of this product in once a week. No algae all year. I do it in the morning and swim in the afternoon. I have salt water and pebble finish pool

does this clear algaecide dust?

Yes. It's done a great job in our pool. We have used it for two seasons now. We had a lot of green algae in our poor bottom as couldn't finishing opening it because of weather and sickness in family. Algatec cleared it right up and left the water sparkling. I had to physically clean around the bottom curve of the pool. I added Algatec to the water and the next day our pool was wonderfully clean. To be honest we also have a bottom robotic vacuum who we call "Helga" and she does an awesome job as well as our salt pump and sand filter that helps remove the clumped algae that Algatec takes care of as once the Algatec works you need to filter the algae out of the water. It's taken many years and a lot of mistakes to finally get the right combination to work for us. Algatec is a part of that link in a crystals clear pool. I hope this was helpful. Enjoy your summer!

how quickly after use can we swim?

It is on the label/ But I would put in the pool in late afternoon and not use until AM.
