Really Soothing and Great for Dry Eyes
These eye drops have been really helpful for me when my eyes feel dry or irritated. They feel soothing right away and give my eyes a nice amount of moisture without making them feel sticky or overly watery. I also like that they’re preservative-free, especially since I use eye drops pretty regularly. The relief lasts well for me, and my eyes feel more comfortable afterward instead of just temporarily wet. Definitely one I’ll keep buying.

hard to dispense
I like these eyedrops. They are recommended by my ophthalmologist. No stinging either. Last most of the day. The only thing i didn’t like is trying to get the eyedrops out of the bottle. No matter how hard i pushed, i couldn’t get them to disperse. I went back to the single vials. I reapply at night, so a twice daily regimen is fine for my needs.

Eye Butter Baby
I've tried several eye drops, and these are definitely the best I've used. I spend all day on computer screens, I'm on my phone a lot, and menopause certainly isn't helping, so dry eyes are a constant battle. One drop in each eye works like butter! I still need to use them about twice a day, but they work better than any other drops I've tried. They're a little pricey, but in my opinion they're worth it for the comfort and relief they provide. I also love the portable size. It fits easily in my purse or pocket, and the extra protective cap gives me peace of mind that the tip stays clean. One thing I've learned is that it's important to pay attention to the ingredients in eye drops. Some formulas, especially those with preservatives, may not be ideal if you need to use them frequently. I like that these are preservative free, which makes me feel more comfortable using them throughout the day when I need them.

Bottle Crushed; Drops Wasted
These eye drops were recommended by my optometrist to help with discomfort caused by a diagnosed eye condition. While they cost more than any other drops ever used, they do help with the sensitivity experienced. Although comforting to my eyes, this bottle (delivered 06/24/26) is, likely, about half full and additional drops cannot be dispensed. (See First Photo) The bottle crushed as I was attempting squeeze drops into my eyes. My husband attempted to restore the bottle to its normal shape, but was unsuccessful. I contacted the manufacturer about the bottle and the delivery of the drops following the purchase of my first bottle. The dropper is difficult to use because of the pressure that is necessary to dispense them and the dropper shape is, somewhat, unusual. (See Second Photo) Plus, the unused quantity cannot be seen due to the opacity of the white bottle. Also, the area around the dropper seems unsanitary, as drops are always left around it before replacing the flip top cap. As a contact lens wearer, one learns not to wipe or contaminate the tip of a dropper due to the possibility of spreading bacteria that can lead to an eye infection. UPDATE: Abbvie, the manufacturer of these eye drops refused a refund of the purchase price. Instead, coupons were offered for this product that will NEVER be ordered again. Unbidden, a new bottle of these unwanted eye drops has since arrived at our home. Customer Satisfaction: None

Zero itch!!
A little difficult to use. The dropper head is odd and difficult to aim where the drops go. As far as the drops, they are excellent. The first drops I’ve ever had that say they are zero additives that actually are. No itchiness whatsoever and that’s why the 5 stars. Thank you!

Finally feels like real moisture — not just a thin splash of water
Most artificial tears take the sting away for a few minutes, and then my eyes feel dry again. These don’t. After a drop or two, my eyes feel truly moisturized—rich and coated, almost like putting shea butter on dry skin instead of cheap lotion. Relief is fast without a heavy blur. That tight, gritty dry-eye feeling settles down, and the moisture holds. For me it lasts several hours — often through a long stretch of screen time — instead of wearing off in 20–30 minutes. I usually need them 2–3 times a day, not constantly. I’d recommend these if your eyes feel parched more than just mildly irritated, especially with screens, AC, or wind. Also a good pick if preservatives bother you. If you only need a quick splash and don’t mind reapplying often, a basic drop may be enough. For deeper, longer hydration, this one stands out. Five stars.

Great drops, terrible bottle/hard to use
Refresh drops are great, and give my eyes moisturizing relief. But the bottle is difficult to use -- it takes a strangely long squeeze before a drop comes out -- and the directions are to shake a drop off the tip after every use. That's a lot of waste. I'll finish this bottle, and then go back to the regular Refresh drops in the green bottle.

Drops are great and effective. Packaging is challenging.
Ok to be fair my review is a 4 and not a 5 but not for a complete product, but the packaging or bottle. I’ll explain. The drops are great! I’ve purchased vials of this before and it was awesome. This time I bought the bottle to carry with me places I go. Well, I found the bottle to not flow as easy. I find myself having to squeeze hard. And, then It’s a hard fast stream that shoots in the eye. Really odd. I’ve never experienced this type of packaging. The lid is different so I’m not sure if perhaps I didn’t read that it’s a safety packaging or something idk. I believe I will go back to the vials. I didn’t find this bottle easy to use. There is no scent which is great! It appears to be safe and secured. The drops are sensitive to eye and refreshing. Hydration to the eye does last longer than your usual drop.
