I used these for 2 months taking at night. Was taking Seed which was double the price, and tried Align which worked for a few weeks then caused digestive issues. Initially there was improvement with bloating. It definitely helped with feelings of a UTI, those went away. Stopped taking because it was effecting sleep. Will likely try again and take in the AM. I appreciate the blend all in one capsule at a decent price point.
