I'll admit I had doubts. Something this small — you can see it in the picture with my mouse on it— didn't seem like it could replace a real desktop. But within the first hour of using it, those doubts were gone. It starts up fast, everything responds immediately, and it just feels like a real computer. Because it is one. My day-to-day is pretty simple: browsing the internet, working with AI tools like Claude, video calls, writing documents, and streaming video. I usually have 15–20 browser tabs open at the same time, and this machine doesn't flinch. Not once have I sat there waiting for something to load or catch up. For AI users in particular: if you work with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or any browser-based AI tool, the extra memory on this configuration is worth every penny. I can keep multiple AI conversations open, switch between them, and the machine keeps up without breaking a sweat. Setting it up was genuinely easy. This was one of the things that pleasantly surprised me. Windows 11 Pro came pre-installed and already activated. I powered it on, went through the normal Windows setup questions, and within about five minutes I was at the desktop. No product key hunting, no activation screens, no frustration. For those of us who just want to get to work, that matters. Several other things I appreciate. It boots up fast. It runs quietly. Small size frees up so much desk space. Windows 11 Pro pre-activated. It's not a gaming machine — I don't use it for that, so it's not a drawback for me. Under heavy workloads, the fan does spin up and get slightly audible, but it never becomes annoying. The bottom gets a bit warm under sustained use, so I'd leave some airflow underneath. These are minor things that don't affect everyday use at all.
