Cheap and easy to use for lat pull downs
This is my second one because I am using it to hold my leg down for lat pull downs on my rack. Cheap. Easy to use. Goes on and off easily.

Solid pad and easy install. Makes Bulgarian squats more enjoyable (if possible). Looks like it's part of the rack. If they were removable so they could be stored aside from the rack would be 5 star
