Wonderful seller, product in great conditon!
My package somehow ended up being delivered in Texas rather than Idaho and the seller was quick to give me a refund. They somehow the package ended up arriving unbeknownst to me in Idaho after all. The seller let me repurchase the keyboards because I still needed them as they are discontinued by Microsoft. They were really wonderful to deal with.

Excellent for wrist rest
One day I found my wrists in pain from a week of typing. My supervisor noticed my discomfort and presented me with this keyboard the following week. That was roughly 15-years ago. I've gone through a couple of these, and I refuse to let them go. If you want a keyboard that will relieve your wrist stress, this is the one. Thank you for this product.

Saves your wrist.
I dropped a motorcycle back in 1998 and hurt my wrist when I picked it up. Then I went to work (computer programmer) and noticed my wrist hurt after only typing a couple of lines. Coincidentally I had bought but not yet installed one of these. The next day I installed and noticed my wrist no longer hurt. I figured it healed already, but I did a test. I disconnected and reconnected the standard Keyboard. The result? After typing a couple of lines, my wrist started hurting again. I re-installed the natural keyboard and no pain. I've been using these at home and at my computer workstation at work ever since. I'm now 66 years old and have no wrist discomfort after using computers daily since 1983. This thing is a required tool for all my computers - even when using a laptop.

‘Used Very Good’ Misadvertised
I’ve had this keyboard for 10 years, one at home and one at work. I love it and it’s kind to my wrists. Unfortunately, Microsoft quit making it and the newer replacement model uses a different layout with smaller keys plus extra keys in the ctrl, alt, command area. After an aggravating hour trying to relearn to type, and then going back home to switch back to this keyboard, I went hunting for a new to me used companion so I could maintain the same layout at home and work. Unfortunately, the seller did me dirty, literally. Their idea of ‘used very good’ was extremely over estimated. The keyboard I have at home that I’ve used for 10 years is far cleaner and less banged up than the one I just received. Seller couldn’t even be bothered to dust it. I’ll be plugging it in at work to test out today and I’m worried whether it even works still. 5 stars for this model keyboard but only 2 stars for the sellers gross misrepresentation of the used condition. Price gouging due to demand at its finest. Will update rating and review if there prove to be any functional issues in addition to the condition.

I hated it at first, but I love it now.
This keyboard is pretty big and bulky so it takes up a lot of room on my desk. When I first started using it, it was like I couldn't type. I had to re-learn how to type with this thing. But after a couple weeks It has become second nature. Sometime my fingers will fatigue, but my wrists feel really good. Overall I like it. It is comfortable after some adjustment period. (For some reason my right hand doesn't like this keyboard as much as my left. Not sure why. My right hand gets kind of crampy over time)

Make sure it's a size that you want
I gave 4 stars because I did not use it for any length of time. I did hook it up to my Mac laptop and it connected immediately to the keyboard without me having to do anything. The keyboard was comfortable, but the problem for me is that it was too big for my desk. I returned it and it cost $20 to cover shipping costs, to and fro. I would make sure you understand the measurements and how that will work for your desk before you purchase.

Best keyboard ever produced...
seriously, I've had several over the last decade and i've never been happier. only time i've had to replace one for technical issues was the one that broke in the moving van because I didn't package it properly; other than that, I use'em until the keys are bald (years), and only replace *those* b/c my kids aren't quite ready for blind touch-typing, yet. Only thing that could be better is if it came in a wireless model (the MS Ergo wireless keyboards are good, but they changed the form factor of the board. It's *close*, but not 100%).

Keys DO NOT work!
Only a few keys on the entire keyboard work. I will never buy refurbished again!
