The peach and passion fruit are my favorites — light and refreshing, not overly sweet or chemical-tasting. I keep a few sticks in my gym bag and my desk drawer. Way cheaper than buying bottled electrolyte drinks, and I like that I can control how strong or mild I make it (one stick in 16-20 oz works best for me). Great taste. I would suggest drinking a packet with 32oz of water, too sweet with 16oz cup or bottle. And not very flavorable with a 64oz thermos
