HVO Seated Dip Machine Tricep: Dip Machine Exercise for Biceps Plate Loaded Home Gym Strength Training Equipment

This piece of equipment is well made. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only thing that we were unsure of was that there were 2 stretch bands included with the equipment and there were no instructions on their use, however, I contacted support and they were quick with a reply. This is the piece of equipment I was missing from my home gym and it is exactly what I wanted. Is definitely worth the money and I highly recommend purchasing from this vender.

I live this for my home gym

I bought this machine to do triceps dips and it functions well in this regard. The inside handles are what I use and do pose a little challenge due to the length of my legs as I am 6'5". Sitting on the front edge of the seat helps to alleviate this. It operates smoothly and the installation instructions were clear with all parts included. A handle for curls was also included, but this machine is next to worthless for curls. If you are looking for a good triceps machine, I feel this is worthwhile.
