I'd tried these a while back, but didn't like how groggy I felt for a few hours after waking up, so I stopped using them. For some reason, it didn't occur to me at the time to split the pills and just take half each time (they even have a little crease in the middle that makes it easy to crack them in half by hand). Once I tried this, I found them to be perfect... they do not have a "knock you out" kind of effect, just a little nudge in the direction of helping you sleep soundly all night, while also not causing you to feel woozy in the morning. Plus, of course, the other advantage of splitting them is that you get twice the number of doses, making them even more economical. I do notice, however, that I have some really strange and vivid dreams now. The vast majority of them I would not describe as "nightmares", as they're not really scary, just odd. I chalk that up to the fact that I'm sleeping more deeply and for longer periods, which gives the "plotlines" of these dreams more time to develop.

This product gives me a good night's sleep with no feeling groggy in the morning.I like that it is dependable

These really work but take them when you can sleep 8 hours.
