Just what I needed
I ordered this to make corn cookies, and I have trouble not eating these straight from the container as I bake! You know it’s good when you can’t keep away. It might not be the very best freeze-dried corn out there, but honestly I couldn’t tell you, and I don’t care. I love it! To me, it is delicious, packed with flavour, and dehydrated well enough that it offers a nice airy crunch, which is perfect for grinding into powder. A+

Soft
This product tastes great, good healthy snacking food but I expected it to be more crunchy. It's a bit more like the consistency of popcorn. I'll probably not buy again.

veggie option
its okay is an apt description and it can be used in soups, stews, etc., but really didn't care for it as a vegetable. of course in an emergency i would not be complaining

Suuuper Yummy!!!
I had some of these from a pre-made salad I'd bought, but hadn't use. saw them in my fridge, and had made myself a sandwhich, and desided to use the lil' pouch of them from the salad, on my sandwich. Yummm! try'd to find them in the salad dressing, etc. section at the local supermarket, no luck. Then, I thought. . . if I can't find in the store, I know somewhere that's sure to have them, Amazon. once I've finished the 2, 8oz. containers' I bought, I'm Totally buyin' more, maybe even bigger container. Seriously, they're that good.

Perfect for Backcountry Trips!
I work in the backcountry of Montana and coordinate meal planning for camping groups. We like to provide high-quality meals (working hard on trails and camping), but must balance the limited weight and space for packing on horses and mules. We tried several brands this summer for dehydrated and freeze-dried food. This brand was one of the best we tried and seemed slightly more economically priced. All staff seemed to prefer the freeze-dried versions versus dehydrated food: the taste and nutrients were better for freeze-dried. Sometimes dehydrated food can lose flavor and have chewy consistency even when re-hydrated. The corn was sweet and delicious!

Good taste, quality, and quantity. I like it.
Dehydrated vegetables retain more vitamins than does canned or frozen. It also has the taste I like when making a quick soup.I like making soup with dehydrated vegetables when I just want to make it quick. I add my own herbs and spices, and mystery meat (leftovers) of the day. Carry-out chicken is really good for that, when you add a little of the breading. Always tastes better than canned soup but, the thin watery canned soups are a ready-made stock (lot of salt though) and I always add water. Anyway it is all good so try it!
