Easy to use, easy to read, works well and the additional app where the readings from the machine can be sent automatically to your chosen device is wonderful. Makes keeping track of readings over time so easy and with great charts. I actually find it more motivational with the app and having all the information to show conveniently at a doctor's appointment is also so great. Overall, it brings peace of mind being able to consistently and conveniently keep track of pressure, pulse and even afib monitoring. I have a separate bp monitor and this machine gives me the same readings (as well as tracks with what I get in actual medical settings) so it is also a reliable machine (which, after all, is the only thing that truly matters).

Very good, reliable- me and my doctor compared the reading to hers at the doctors office, it was exact. Long lasting with battery. A little confusing on how to store results but it does give the last reading. Very easy to use. Nice travel-storage case, portable. Easy to put on the arm, comfortable cuff. Easy to read instructions. Does not have to be connected to phone or wi-fi and that's what I wanted! Not hackable!

ATTENTION people with Afib! If you already know that you have Afib, this Blood Pressure Monitor may not be for you. I bought because I needed a good on for my sister, who I already know has Afib. I got it in the mail two days ago, and have attempted to get her Blood pressure five times over those two days. Each and every time the device says "Afib", but does not give a Blood pressure reading, nor a heart rate. The instruction manual states that Afib causes an unreliable reading, so it won't show one. So I called the Omron company to ask for recommendations on which models would give readings. Now onto people without Afib. This is a fantastic monitor otherwise. I like the backlit screen, so you can see it in dimly lit areas. The motor is quiet. It comes in a nice zippered case, with handle, for.easy portablility. And unlike some other reviewers, I did receive the ac adapter. The ad said it was included in the box, so if it says it is supposed to be there, why accept anything less? All in all a very good Blood pressure monitor, but should come with the advanced notice that if you are currently experiencing Afib, you will not get a BP or heart rate reading.

Very reliable, if pricey, blood pressure monitor. It fits easily on a side table in our bedroom. It can run on batteries or the power cord supplied with it. My wife and I both use it, and it can support two users of the app (maybe more, I don’t know). It does support a three-pressure measurement, although you don’t have to. It has its own app you can download for free, with each user able to have the app and his/her data separately. There is a way for a ‘guest’ to use it so that measurement doesn’t mess up your data. The integration of your info into the Apple Health app is seamless, and the app itself allows you to export a pdf if you want to keep your doctor up to date. The display is very easy to read, but is also a little busy. The important numbers are large, though, and there is an afib alert (I don’t have afib, so can’t evaluate that). The cuff is easy to put on and adjust, even with arthritis.

The Omron Platinum cost a bit more than other monitors. It is worth it. It is reliable and very easy to use. The read out is quick and gives you the systolic and diastolic numbers along with your pulse. Excellent product.

It's been very easy to setup and use each morning. The app is very useful and not overly complicated, which is helpful when I'm tired 😂. I use it for my morning baseline as additional data in my overall health improvement program. So far, it seems very accurate (I have not verified it next to a different machine) and reliable. I like that it's wireless when you need it to be. Overall and excellent addition to my health monitoring systems. ***UPDATE*** No change in my rating, BUT I have tested it next to a medical grade BP device at the doctor's office. I'm happy to report that the reading were very similar. The reason I brought it was because it seemed like my readings were pretty low, but it matched the docs so then I became concerned. The nurse did a manual reading and it was a normal reading. They say the digital systems can run a little low. That's not a problem however, because knowing that is enough for me. Tested with arm parallel (with heart) and resting with all devices. I still believe this was a great purchase and would recommend it.

Works great. Picks up atrial fibrillation accurately. Easy to use and automatically saves to my phone for showing to my health care providers.

Wow. "Buy Right, Pay Once." To be fair, it's the first time I've used one of these, but it strikes me as a brilliant machine supported by a flawless app. Everything about it feels like reliable top quality - exactly what I want in a home-use medical instrument. Bothers me a tiny bit the Bluetooth stays on at all times even when machine is "off" - notwithstanding new "low energy bluetooth" technology is a very low parasitic draw, I would still feel much better about the batteries if it would just give up after a few minutes for example. You *can* manually turn the Bluetooth off, but it's a bit of a pain to turn back on every time you want to take a reading (especially if daily), so not worth the effort and I now just leave the Bluetooth on, as it is by default. Overall - spectacular machine, just one very (very) minor tech-nerd type annoyance. Highly recommended for up to 2 users who would like to track their BP and HR at home.

So far I am pleased with it. It took a while to navigate through the setup and use. But seems to be a quality product.
