Bought at 2799 which is terrific for 1400mm size, exceeded my expectations for over a month hearing bldc fan speed concerns. 2 fans - Room size -16*11 and 10*11 (looks good and perfect airflow even in low speed) Speed 1,2 - very efficient in power less than 10w bulb, good for night without much noise. Speed 5 and boost are okay for hotter day, but you will hear normal noise from air flow, not from fan though. Led lights are good for night. Not antidust for sure, needs cleaning atleast once a month in the ends. Initial wobble is there after installation, just adjust all three ends of the blades to ceiling level with a scale, solved after that. Boost mode is good. Led on or off present. No reverse mode. Overall Quality is good. No issues in remote, comes with batteries.

Worst fans to buy. Since day 1 there are issues with the fan. The technican has visited 3 times and still is unable to fix the issue. Issues - 1) Fan wobbles alot. If you turn the speed of fan to 4,5 you will be scared to sit underneath it as it might fall down. 2) The fan makes sound at higher speed 3,4,5. 3) The technician informed a weird requirement that this is due to a regulator attached to the fan. I mean are you serious 99.9% of fans in india have a regulator. I don’t know where you are selling this fan?

After my arrival I asked to install him 2nd fan since 1st one stopped working. I thought he made mistake while connecting wires and asked him to connection as per my instructions. 2nd fan worked well as per expection ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I thought money spent for 1st fan lost now, who will give onsite service for 3k, I will need to take fan to their service center and don't know then also, whether they will resolve the issue. But to my surprise when I called their service center, within 3 days service person arrived at my home and replaced some parts.... And that's it...... Fan started working....big thanks to Orient, their service is beyond my expectations. Well done Orient service team 🙏

I contacted the authorized service centre, and although the issue was acknowledged, the replacement/service process has been very slow. Communication from the area manager and service team has also been inconsistent, with delayed responses to calls and WhatsApp messages. The waiting period for replacement has been longer than expected. The fan performs well when working properly, but the after-sales support experience has been disappointing so far. I hope the company improves its customer service and replacement process.
