Love the curling iron but it broke after a year. T3 customer service is absolutely terrible! Won’t respond to my warranty claim. Wouldn’t recommend since it only works for a year.

This was also another gift for my girlfriend for Christmas. she'd been wanting a new curling iron and has a little bit of trouble with curling her hair. I got her this and it's very easy to use and it makes her life a lot easier when she wants to get all fancied up.

The first time that I used this ceramic curling iron, I KNEW that I was going to love it! Most of my curling irons have been in the low-mid price ranges. (ones that you can buy at any mass market store) I have also used several other T3 hair appliances in the past and they are, BY FAR, the best brand out there IMO! My hair is layered, rather fine and is a combination of straight and wavy. It is straight near the front but super wavy/unruly in the back. Without styling, it can look a bit crazy! Since I do style my hair often with hot tools, I want a product that gets the job done without being overly complicated. I need something that works well and gives me sleek, professional looking results without spending a lot of time doing it. This product does all of that! The design is very sleek and modern. I was immediately given the impression that this was a well made, high quality product as soon as I removed it from the box. The curling iron fits comfortably in my hand and I didn't experience any stiffness or hand fatigue during use. (big issue for me as I have longer hair so it takes me a little longer to style it all) There are 9 different heat settings. I have thin, fine hair so I NEVER want to use a heat setting that is too high as it really does a number on my hair. The curling iron itself does not get hot and I had NO issues whatsoever with burning my head, hands, or fingertips. If you have never used a self curling iron before, this one even has a training mode that you can play around with WITHOUT using any heat. It's great for tweens or teens that want to practice their craft but don't necessarily want to set the curls. (in case they mess up) You can adjust the speed and timer settings to your preferences. The auto curl feature saves me soooo much time and once you get the hang of it, is SO easy to use! The end results were smooth and professional looking. Most importantly, it didn't take me hours to achieve my desired look!!!! I know the price might make some people think twice about trying this product but trust me, it is WELL worth the money! In my opinion, the results that I get from using this curling iron are very similar to the results that I get from the salon. I LOVE IT! My only complaint is the way it is shipped. It comes in its own branded box with shipping labels slapped on it. If I planned on giving it as a gift, that would be problematic. A premium priced item like this should come in a shipping box.
