Perfect! since having this, it has helped with the pain and inflammation. It can be a perfect fit, juat place in a ziploc bag and put in the fridge (too cold for me when I put in the freezer). It retains the cold for a good amount of time, very comfortable when wearing it. I highly recommend this. It even juat feels good to wear after a long day on your feet.

Fantastic! My husband uses these ice packs every night while watching tv. His job has him on his feet and the top of his feet have been swollen and sore (I say circulation issue/he says boots) ha ha. Best ice pack out there for the size, purpose and price range. (We've tried a ton!) Easily fits over his foot and Velcro underneath. Gives him hours of pain-free time. The gel in these ice packs stay cold for a long time! Recommend putting a towel between your foot and the ice pack as they are SUPER COLD when they come out of the freezer!

Perfect for gout. Easy to put on, fits perfectly and the gel cools evenly, much better than an ice pack.

Recent toe joint replacement and bunion removal and this wrap pinpoints the areas of focus however, it’s starts out painfully cold for about 5 minutes then tapers off and no longer feels cold at 15min mark. I’m a size 8-8.5 women’s and I could see this being too small for a bigger foot. My right toe is still a little swollen and as you see in the photo I couldn’t pull it all the way down on the toe, due to pain along with swelling. The material does stretch some so it might fit better if I could tolerate it. I do like the product and will keep it because I do feel I will use it even after my foot heals and I think heating will also come in handy

I had corrective surgery on my left foot, and the swelling was a daily issue. I finally ordered these Foot Ice Packs and my goodness it was such an easy item to use and worked so well! Much better than trying to use ice packs on my foot! I HIGHLY recommend for after surgery swelling.
