Great taste
Product mixes very well with hot water. It’s like having a flavored herbal tea. I just started the product so I am waiting for results that are promised. I look forward to drinking it in the afternoon.

Not worth the money! No health benefits found
The product does not dissolve fully in water as shown in video. It sticks to glass/cup and spoon which means about 25% is not making it into the body, it’s going down the drain. I reached out to Gundry support to ask about this. They said “we recommend letting the product sit in the water for 2-3 minutes to dissolve.” If this is the recommendation why it is not on the package?! I tried that and tried using a tablespoon of hot water, and still does not fully dissolve. Aside from product waste, I’m not seeing benefits in energy, mind clarity, or any gut health, as asserted would be the case in marketing materials. Waste of money for me. I missed the return date by a few days with Amazon as I wanted to give it a full 30-40 days, so my $$ is lost.

I have been using twice a day for about 20 days. I have seen no change. I will continue using all three containers and hope there is progress

Not effective.
Not that effective. Didn’t do as advertised. It was real hard to dissolve in plain water. Lots of sugar-type crystals left over, even with time and lots of stirring. If one is trying to withdraw from “sweet” substances, this product has an artificial sweet taste-making it almost impossible to want to drink.
