Before I purchased this I read all the great reviews and that helped me decide to purchase it. (My TV is a 37" LG.) I have to admit when it arrived with a critical part missing and some instructions that seemed a bit overwhelming along with dozens of screws and other parts I started to have doubts! However, I contacted the vendor and they were very friendly and helpful to get the missing part to me. While waiting for the part I sat down and assembled what I could of the stand. It really was easy to assemble and it turned out nice and sturdy and I love the way it rotates. Very smooth. Nice looking too. The takeaway for me was that there really is a lot of value in the reviews on Amazon.

Used this for Samsung 32” TV. Very, very sturdy. Heavy base seems quite a bit more stable than Samsung’s original. Even looks nicer! The only glitch is that since this is “universal” fit product some manufactures such as Samsung don’t exactly cooperate. While the assembly was not at all mysterious and pretty easy overall, we discovered that not all flat panel TVs are actually flat on the back. See the photo. The problem was easily solved by cutting the metal mounting brackets shorter. Fortunately I had the tools to make the cut; pretty simple if you have the means. I really can’t blame the product. Samsungs owners manual gives you a number to call for their proprietary wall mount so perhaps they intentionally create problems for third parties. Also the M8 VESA screws were a bit short or possibly once again Samsungs attachment points were set a little to deep. (If its a problem VESA screws are readily available on line or at local stores)

I rarely review the (many) products I buy on amazon, but this TV stand deserves a rave review. It is EVERYTHING a TV stand should be: well designed; solid and sturdy, able to accommodate many different size TVs; and easy to assemble. I was especially impressed (delighted, in fact) with the assembly process: easy-to-follow non-verbal pictorial instructions; all the hardware encased in separate, labeled plastic bags; all the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly; extra hardware for different TV mounting styles. It took me (age 77) about 30 minutes to assemble it and mount a new 43" flat screen TV all by myself.

I purchased a 55" Samsung TV which is in a corner on an existing cabinet. Not only did I need a stand which wasn't greater than the width of the cabinet (which the legs that came with the TV were), I also needed the TV to swivel so it could be seen when sitting to the side. The stand is perfect! It's very sturdy, doesn't have a huge base as some I reviewed do, adjusted to the height wanted, and the swivel aspect is awesome. Must admit I had the Geek squad put it together and install it, but no trouble for them. Kinda wish I'd gotten one before for my 48" TV which had a central stand but didn't swivel. If you don't need the swivel, it's still a great stationary stand for the money.

We just bought at 32" Vizio HDTV and needed a swivel mount for on top of our entertainment unit. This one's pretty nice, not 100% great. I didn't have much issue assembling it, it took me about 30 minutes, the directions were simple but clear enough, parts were labeled well, and overall quality seems good. The swivel works smoothly and the mount seems sturdy. I did have issue with getting the TV level after it was fully assembled because the screws and L-brackets that attach the horizontal frame and the vertical 'post' are somewhat unstable even after tightening. I had to push pretty firmly on the frame to get it level and had to redo that after any other adjustment was made. And the vertical frame attached to the TV is sticking out under the TV - I was under the impression that it would be completely unseen if the TV was within the size range for the mount (I attached it as high as possible with the given hole options). Oh well, not a huge deal.

I bought this to use with a 50" Hisense and mounting was super easy. The base feels very sturdy and works much better on my desk than the stock little feet that come with the screen and the swivel is very nice. I only wish there was some amount of tilt capability but I can deal with it not having that. The base has a very nice weight and the feet are well spaced so it all feels extremely stable. The cable ties feel pretty weak and I don't have a lot of faith in the adhesive but I didn't use mine for my setup.

If you came across this tv stand and you're comparing STOP! There is no more need to waste time. Just get this, you'll thank me later. I did the comparing for you over 2 hours of looking at good and bad reviews of this and similar products. For me I got this delivered in 1 day, It was cheapest stand with all options I needed. Comes with mounting hardware. I mounted a 50 inch samsung tu7000... you will need to use the provided small and large spacers and longest 8mm bolts. I am a mechanical engineer and can say this is well built. Instructions/diagrams are easy to follow. I Had my tv mounted in 20 minutes of opening box and I took my sweet time. This is an universal option so not all tvs will mount the same. Use what hardware is provided to figure out a configuration for your tv. It comes with multiple bolts and sizes and Allen wrench.

Exactly what I was hoping for. Original stand was erroneously thrown away during a move. This base is likely larger than I need for this tv, but I got it to have flexibility in the event that I want to use it for a larger tv in the future. Easy to assemble. Left & right motion is ~45 degrees each side. No tilt, but you can adjust the height to three different levels.
