Fill the wee well with your paint or ink and away you go to great writing for arts or crafts or perhaps putting a name on a cake with icing "paint". It is especially good for using white ink or paint on dark surfaces whereas white markers just don't work well and dry out so fast. I love these pens and I think you need one too!

This has changed my life! I can't believe I didn't find it sooner. It's so much easier than any paint pen/marker I've ever used. I can get the tiniest lines that are consistent and the grip is so natural and comfortable, it's like I'm just writing with a regular pen. I use Dr Ph Martin's pen white ink with it and it flows effortlessly. The cleaning tool is a huge help, though I wish there was a way to attach it to the pen, as I've already lost mine.

I first saw this pen on a YouTube video I was watching about fixing rock chips on your vehicle. I had used a paint pen from the manufacturer before and the job did not come out the way I expected. So I bought this pen and did everything the video said to do, and soon enough I was filling holes with ease and only using minimal paint! I realize this pen is normally used to sign paintings, or fill in small areas of a painting, but I like it for what I used it for, and can't wait to fully finish the job on my car. One thing to make sure is keep a small cup of alcohol or paint thinner on hand to dip the pen in after, or the paint will hardened and it will get difficult to clean it. There is a little handy wire cleaner that comes with it so take great care of it as it is thin and can bend or break.

This same device is marketed under a different brand (and for a lower price) as a tool for signing your name in watercolor on your painting. In fact it is excellent any time you need a very thin, even line, maybe even along a ruler. Fill it with 2 dabs of a brush, in 10 seconds, then you get maybe a couple feet of line. What a great tool.

Good quality materials. Make sure you CLEAN this thoroughly every time you use it and you will get perfect beautiful lines with it. It gives such a professional look to your art or whatever project you are using it for. This will last you a lifetime, never wear out if you properly care for it by cleaning it well after every use, with just water.

After many attempts, using varous mediums in very light viscosity, this item did not work. The machined parts are rough and not precise. It is a waste of money and time.
