Purchased this specifically for camping, like many I enjoy reading by a campfire and I'm not always reading with my Kindle so I need extra light. I was instantly sold by the fan addition on this, genius! I am VERY pleasantly surprised by this gadget. The fan is very nice, it doesn't blast up into your face, instead it goes around your neck. It has several speeds and has great power. The lights work well, and provide ample light even when the fans are on. What also surprised me was the weight, I was nervous this was going to be clunky or heavy to use and it isn't either at all. It's very comfortable, lightweight and overall easy to use. My only complaint is that you have to charge each side instead of the device as a whole, but a minor inconvenience for such a cool item.

The fans on this work nicely, and it's great to use if doing yardwork, in the backseat of a hot car, or anywhere you need to cool off. I love being able to use the lights to read or find something in my bag, too. The only thing I don't like is that on mine, I have to go through all the settings to turn it off ,so I have to press it six times to shut it down. Pressing and holding the button just turns the light on, it doesn't turn the fan off. Still, it works very well, lasts a long time in one charge, and was a good price, so I am pleased with the purchase.

Living in the very hot south I bought this for my husband who loves working in the yard no matter how hot it gets. His new project was to replace our concrete patio and stone flooring in our screenroom with decking in the hottest part of the summer. Temps were in the mid 90s with feels like temps up to 112. Knowing these temps were on the horizon I bought two of these neck fans as our son was going to help with this project. They absolutely loved them! Felt they helped them to keep going. They both said they were easy to use, had great air flow and power. Although didn't need the light during the daylight hours thought it might come in handy for night use. My husband wears his when he mows the lawn or works in the garden. It was a great buy and if he wears this one out I know I'll be buying another.

Was too bulky for me. The fan itself is okay but was not what I expected. It is too bulky for my preference and I don't like the idea of the fans being seen at the two front end. It may be a good fit for other people but not me. The fan itself is good so I can't blame it for my preferences. Seems like a lot of buyers liked it because it have mostly good reviews. I will not discourage a buyer from getting it because I didn't find a fault only that it was not to my liking.
