Q: Why does this show up as a keto cracker when it has a lot of carbs?

It's 24 (ish) grams of carbs per serving, but they are calling a serving 17 crackers. I doubt I would eat that many in a week let alone at one time. So less than 1.5 grams of carbs per actual cracker is fine for keto, I think.

Q: What are the natural flavors?

I assume almond flavoring along with the milk based butter. The term 'natural' in anything doesn't really mean much. For me they are a low FODMAP food treat and wheat/gluten free. If you have other sensitivities perhaps go to their product site?

Q: How long between the packaging date and expiration date on these? And please do not answer “whatever it says on the box”

Thanks for reaching out. The Pepper Jack Cheese Nut-Thins have a shelf life of about 12 months, so once they are packaged they are given an expiration date based off that. Hope this helps!
