actually impressed. quality build. sturdy. remote works great for me, love the 2 different height options. sturdy base. love the control panel. app works well. little bit fiddly to add to WiFi but top tip is to add it to you bluetooth first, then connect to wifi. even the plug cable is impressive and woven rather than plastic. love the oscillation options and it sure packs a punch with the fan power. love that you can control it on the app also and it has scheduling, timers and alexa functionality. i actually bought this one mint condition from amazon resale so it was £130 and i do think even that is over priced. i wouldnt spend £180 rrp on it. a more sensible price point would be £90 i think. Anyway, i love it. Really good fan. 👍

Absolutely love this fan! I mainly bought it because it was supposed to be very quiet at night, and it definitely lives up to that claim when you set it to the nightime setting. It’s really easy to set up using either the app or the remote control. It has plenty of speed settings. It’s powerful and keeps you cool — I don’t think I’ll ever need to use the full speed.

I am very disappointed that not only was the product not fit for purpose but I have also been unable to get any assistance from the Duux customer service team. The fan developed a fault on the first day of use, becoming very noisy before I discovered one of blades had broken. I contacted customer services by email but received no response and was unable to get through by phone, the answer phone message informing they didn’t open until 9.00 am, it’s now 1.40 pm and still the same message. I have now had to arrange a return via Amazon, which is hugely inconvenient as I no longer have the original packaging. Very disappointed with both the product and the aftercare.

Is a good fan. I bought the gen 1 version of this fan and that was a 5 star purchase. The only negative point on the old fan was the app which did struggle a bit. It shifts a substantial amount of air and can be slowed down so the noise is barely audible. I had it on 7 and the laptops fan was drowning it out. It’s been slightly updated with the various different sweep settings what is a good idea but the slightly annoying thing is the pitch and sweep both default to turning the same way when you start them. If you want to move The angle is pointing at and you come down and stop it to soon then you have to take it all the way up again where as the previous gen would alternate which way it was going in. The app has improved a there is a new version out now (July 2026) which just works so much better than the gen 1 app. The old app refused to attach to my wifi but the new one just worked with the gen 1 fan.

I really like this fan. It moves a large volume of air and is very quiet. The only issue I've had with it is it fell off the network almost immediately after joining and, so far, I haven't found a way to reset it.

Firstly it’s overpriced. The build quality is good and truly is very quiet. The blade design on the fan pushes out a lot of air. There are a number of settings that change the oscillation and a myriad of fan speed settings. Although the increments should just go up in amounts of 5. The numbers inbetween make no difference at all and is a gimmick. Now having paid a substantial amount for what is essentially just a fan. I sort of assumed the battery may come with it which makes it more portable. It doesn’t and that’s extra! That pushes this fan to The £200 mark!! Which is outrageous. I purchased this one as it is slightly taller than the previous model and also has the wifi and smart features. With hindsight I should have saved a fair bit on money and just bought the cheaper model. The app is appaling. It simply doesn’t work. You can turn the fan on and off with your phone using the app. All the other features require you to register and create an account. Simple enough. Well not really. You can’t create an account because the software is dire! It simply doesn’t work which makes this fan simply overpriced. It’s well built. Very quiet and pushes out a really good amount of air. Save your money though and buy the cheaper model. The software is beyond terrible. That’s why it just has 3 stars.

Unobtrusive and quiet

Just got it. It’s not silent but it’s not very noisy. The version I hit flex 2 did not come with battery and that was not advertised so I spent another €60. So this is not a cheap product. It is also a low fan. Doesn’t bother me as it’s neat but any other fan I had was taller. So far I’d say 6/10. Not good value for money if I am pushed to give a verdict.
