I had a random fruit fly problem after some unseasonably heavy rain in my area. I’ve noticed them at work and at home and all around. I paired this item up with a Zevo catcher and eliminated the issue in only 2 days. Ease of use: They are easy to use, you take off the top and sit it in high fruit fly traffic areas. It comes in a pack of 4 and they are small so they are easy to place anywhere you need. The look is also inconspicuous so you won’t scare any of the ladies in your life who may be visiting. Overall effect: I do not enjoy seeing the fruit flies flying around since they are annoying, with this the flys crawl on the opening then fall in I guess. I don’t watch what they do but I was happy with the results, the liquid fills up with flies then you just throw it away, you don’t have to deal with clouds of flies or seeing their bodies everywhere. Overall I recommend this product it’s simple to use and effective which is all you can ask for when dealing with these pests.

These are amazing! I had tried several online suggestions with varied results but ultimately still had a few fruit flies that quickly exploded in population. My friend works at a winery & you can imagine how they struggle with fruit flies in the summer. She told me this one product really works. She's right - it really works! Of course, cleaning with it really makes the difference: seal up or dispose outside any organic items in the garbage & wipe down counters, sink & cabinets with a diluted bleach solution. Then a couple of these open bottles on the counters & the flies are drawn into the jar. Definitely give it a try!

These things are TINY .. 3 stars for price. So far the fruit flies are going on the lid but haven’t entered. I’ll update if they do. It’s been out for 6 hours and none are in yet. ** updated to four stars. Tiny but mighty. Second picture is after being out overnight.

Better than home made apple cider traps and better than alternatives. Love these traps. I had dozens of fruit flies in the house and set up several traps and tried these super ninja fruit fly traps even though they’re a bit pricey compared to making your own traps or buying larger brand alternatives. These knocked it out the water. Killed far more fruit flies than the other traps but they’re also small and out of the way which is super nice. Better than having a few red apple looking things out or half cut water bottles. I keep these in storage now for the next fruit fly breakout.

no bait trap is 100% effective, this one works as well as expected. it comes pre loaded. No fan or batteries, just quiet subtle scent. The bottle is relatively small, so it's appearance fits in almost anywhere. It attracts flys, so be sure to put it in an area where you are seeing them.
