I love these weights, perfect if you have skinny ankles, but mine arent, from other sports my ankles are chunky. So trying to get the weight down elsewhere because calves are basically muscle and the rest of me well.... I could have had less chocolate prior to this. I thought this would be perfect for me, ordered before the lockdown, came fast and as expected. But im having to adapt how i wear them for them to be any use to me. Ive tried pockets and such as I am losing my clothes then or in pain as its new and the body isnt used to it/my postion is changing to adapt and its not a good position. Either way. I will be getting longer velcro in the near future hopefully. Otherwise i love this, its just not thought out for the larger ankles. Ok for wrists. I would say that the extra velcro lenght would mean for some people they could use them elsewhere like upper arms instead. So lots of pros for that as well

I am really delighted with this purchase. The straps are exactly as shown on the Amazon site, and they fit me very well. I am an adult male and the girth of the straps is just about right for me, but they could be a bit short for a man with thicker ankles?? For me, I give them full marks.

Well it does what it says i guess but the straps need to be longer. I have quite skinny ankles, but this wouldn't fit around without it being tight.

I have a condition called Essential Tremor which makes my hands shake badly. I saw an article on-line by a doctor who said wearing wrist weights could help. The result had been fantastic. As soon as I put these weights on the tremors reduced vastly. Now I get just a very slight trembling. After a couple of hours I stopped noticing the extra weight and my arms just felt completely normal - except that the tremors had virtually stopped. Best thing I've bought this year.

The only negative about these weights is that they don’t tighten sufficiently for my wrist so slip around a bit. My wrists aren’t particularly thin either! Sure they are fine for most men and possibly for my ankles, although that’s not why I purchased them. I can use them but on my forearm.
