I use the dermaroller for my face and even when it my skin is completely clean, the roller tends to pick up some dead skin cells/flakes, which get caught in the small gaps next to the needles. This makes it extremely hard to clean and soaking it in 70-90% alcohol doesn't do anything to remove particles that are visible to the eye. Decent product otherwise - have gotten in a few uses with no major issues so far.

Use twice a month to increase collegen and reduce lines says my skin Dr. Give it a whirl. Do your research. It does not hurt. Keep clean- sterile with alcohol.
