The first time I tried Liquid I.V. was on a friend’s recommendation after we spent a day at a winery in the sun. Just drinking water is not enough after that: you’ve gotta replenish electrolytes. I was kinda shocked by how much better I felt afterward. This is the first electrolyte drink I’ve tried that actually makes a noticeable difference. I assume it’s the balance of vitamins and sodium. Liquid IV says the sugar is what helps get vitamins into your bloodstream more effectively. Now I keep these on hand all the time, especially in the winter, when I wake up feeling dry and sluggish first thing in the morning. I have one every day or every other day. For me, the perfect ratio is one packet mixed into 1 liter of water. It tastes great and feels genuinely hydrating without being overpowering. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is my favorite flavor! I have never noticed any stomach discomfort. I do have a sensitive stomach but I only feel better and more hydrated drinking these. Price-wise, it was the same ordering from Amazon as from the Liquid I.V. website. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that really helps with hydration. not just flavored water. High quality, high functionality, and actually works.

My Favorite Flavor – Liquid I.V. Strawberry Lemonade is the One Liquid I.V. Strawberry Lemonade earns every bit of 5 stars and is hands down my favorite flavor in the entire lineup. The taste is bright, clean, and refreshing without any artificial aftertaste, and the hydration difference compared to plain water is genuinely noticeable—especially in the Las Vegas heat. It mixes instantly, the individual packets are perfect for on-the-go use, and once you find your favorite flavor you'll understand why this product has such a loyal following. Highly recommended.

I’m always dehydrated and often forget to drink fluids throughout the day. While not the recommended way to use the product, I’ve been able to take the profit like a BC powder and get instant results. Again - nor recommending, but offering what worked for me. Pros: Value is decent for what the product is used for, dissolves easily, good taste and no aftertaste, instant increase in energy. Cons: it does have more sugar than desired, but not super seeet

Only 45 cals. I mix with 40oz water with lots of ice every morning when I wake up. (Any less water and it’s too sweet for me). Then I brush my teeth after the sugar. It’s like a reward because I love the taste but I’ve also started the day hydrated and feeling good. Fave flavors in order: golden cherry, strawberry lemonade, strawberry, watermelon, fruit punch. The lemon lime is gross—and typically lemon lime flavored things are my first choice! The pina colada, pear and grape are good. I’m excited to try firecracker popsicle, cotton candy, orange vanilla! Another good one is the tangerine liquid iv with the immune boost (different product than this one)

These electrolytes taste pretty good. Don't go into expecting something overly sweet compared to Gatorade or Powerade. They taste slightly salty in comparison. I don't like overly sweet drinks though, so they are perfect for my needs.
